That last 2 seconds! 🤩❤ good job! … I must add that your intros with the animals are always so wonderful but today’s was the best, I think! Those donkeys frolicking in the orchard!!! 🥰 (I’m glad the trees are protected)

I can’t tell you how much joy this channel brings me. Seeing all those very happy rescued animals living their best lives. Much love and happiness to you all. The world needs more people like you ❤🇦🇺🙏🤗
I have never seen two people work so hard in all my life. It has been painful sometimes just to watch. Today though it felt triumphant. Kudos to you both.
Listen, both of you, IDK how old you are but you guys work as if you were 20! You inspire me, although I'm too old to work a farm now, it was always a dream of mine which for numerous reasons I never fulfilled so watching you guys do it makes me extremely happy! Thank you!!!
I'm just a random women on the other side of the world checking in on you every week, but it's really cool to see this building site being transformed into a homestead. Not just the big stuff but the little things- a new generator, paths edged, the grass coming back green, happy animals and you two bringing it all together with sheer grit and determination. I'm glad to see you regularly pace yourself with days off and family time. Hope you get time to have a 'roof shout' when it's on (well, that's what we call it in New Zealand - the round of beers to celebrate being watertight - is it the same in Ireland?). Cheers to you all!
I think the Irish government should be hiring you guys. As a leadership position on how to restore these cottages. well done, it is coming to together at a wonderful rate now, you must feel very proud.
Your progress seems to be accelerating, but I can only imagine that it still feels like an uphill battle. Your menagerie of animals is so very entertaining. Thanks for the update. Peace from San Jose, California.
I love watching you and your family. In a few years you will have a beautiful warm home and these long days will be a distance . So impressed at your skill and knowledge

Your last two videos have been so wonderful! Thrilled to see such progress on the house in such a short amount of time! Am glad to see Nell still being such a kind shepherd - and Toby and Tilly running happy and free and contented. And I never tire of watching those sweet chickens. Will be watching both videos again. Was surprised and very happy to see a mid-week video!!! Rebecca, your choices for the background music are beautiful! Glad you gave the playlist for this one. The beginning piece for this video was especially nice, along with that one which sounds rather Scottish. Sam is a marvel to watch and it warmed my heart to see him in this video stop in the midst of his flurry of work to give Nell a loving pat. Rebecca, I'm amazed that you have the strength to help with those heavy floorboards (or the time for that matter - with 2 kids in school, and cooking and cleaning) But I've been amazed at your strength and knowledge of the ins and outs of your renovation from the very beginning. Truly, a woman's work is never done. ha! or not...🙃 Oh, I ramble, but I could write much, much more about my awe of you both and what you've accomplished. I love this channel! I love how the family works together to get the jobs done and I love their couple and personal stories! Such hard work. Another series I watch is Ship Happens about a lovely couple restoring an old ww2 ship. They are lovely and funny too. It is great to have such positive programming to watch!

Great job, good to see sam in his comfort zone and killing it. To renovate a home for your family to grow up in is something that will give you great satisfaction and pride through the rest of you're lives. I've done it so l know. Well done you're a great team.
I am so impressed Sam, you made it through all that heavy lifting and accomplished your goal. Watching those materials stored under tarps shrink piece by piece shows how much you did in a week must be satisfying. I'm sure she's grateful that part of the job is now finished and doesn't need to venture out into the cold night air to remind you what time it is and drag you inside. Your Family taking big steps toward having a new place to live is thrilling to watch. Here's hoping that you feel that energy coming to you from across the oceans. For those of us who have lived our lives, with only a unknown few more years to live, your energy and cooperation excites us. Thanks for sharing !

Guys, you have got yourselves a house ! Your intro's are betting better and better. Such amazing scenery, views and look at those skies. Toby is still the star of the show although your sheepdog is a close second. I so hope that apart from all the hard work, headaches and worries that you are enjoying the experience. OMG…I actually yelled out loud “THE ROOF IS OFF!!!” 😂😂😂. What an amazing amount of work you put in just a few days!!! You two ROCK!!!
😁 👍
Your Family taking big steps toward having a new place to live is thrilling to watch. Here's hoping that you feel that energy coming to you from across the oceans. For those of us who have lived our lives, with only a unknown few more years to live, your energy and cooperation excites us. Thanks for sharing !
Thank you. We really appreciate the support.
You guys are kicking some ass so proud of you guys keep them coming I can’t wait!!!
Keep up the explanations for what you are doing. It is helpful to "I can pound a nail" carpenter like me. I hope there are more people who consider saving these beautiful stone buildings in Ireland. You are saving Irish History.
Thanks, will do!
OMG had too look twice while you was brushing the floor and no roof… cant wait to see it… Amazing work as normal
You and me both! It feels so exciting now.
I know right! I thought I was imagining it and had to skip back and look again!
Great editing one second rolling on the pva in the dark next second fresh air!
Absolutely brilliant job you've done. You must be exhausted 😩. Love seeing Toby and Tilly in your intro, such a peaceful opening scene before the hectic schedule of the build. Well done people 👏
Thanks so much! 😊
Guys, you have got yourselves a house !
Your intro's are betting better and better. Such amazing scenery, views and look at those skies. Toby is still the star of the show although your sheepdog is a close second. I so hope that apart from all the hard work, headaches and worries that you are enjoying the experience. This youtube channel is going to be a wonderful diary of your journey. You are not there yet but look at how far you have come. I'm only repeating what others are saying but for a pair of young ones from Lancashire you are doing a phenomenal job. Keep it up and thanks for sharing it all with us.
And yes..... like others this is a treat for me. There is so much misery in the world at the moment, its a delight to tune in to your latest videos.
Thanks so much. We like to keep the videos as an escapism and not talk world affairs, although we find a lot of what is happening very distressing. 💔
Well you said it Sam … “ A man on a mission”
Well done to you on mission accomplished in 6 days (and some nights!)
No wonder you are so chuffed … great job 👏👏👏👏
And so just for the days that lay ahead … listen to Becky. She is an amazing support to you …and understands measurements !!😉😂😂
Nice week’s work 👍

Thank you so much!
Wow. Your progress is awesome. Thank you for sharing your amazing journey with us. 😊
I'm laying in bed, watching you work, so now I'll have trouble getting up to make a cup of coffee. Your energy and work ethic impressive. I wish you much luck and many blessings. By the way, love the dokey zoomies.
Great progress and great to see the donkeys playing. Bec you might want to have a look at another channel l watch, The Moons , who rescue route and elderly horses discarded when they can not longer make money and destined for the meat trade.
Their latest rescue is a donkey and her 8 week old baby , also rescued from that bad place. They are a total joy.
Ahh, if only I had more land, I'd have so many rescues. Only issue is I also love travel. I need a good farm sitter. 🤣
So exciting! A big step forward this week! ❤❤❤❤
Thank you both for another inspiring video. Wishing you joy and happyness in your new home
Thank you
OMG how amazing does that look. The satisfaction you must both feel when a job is done, I feel it for you. Another fantastic, informative video, thank you ❤
Oh forgot to say my heart skipped a bit when the donkey (dunno which one) was playing ❤️❤️
I much say Sam, you have done an amazingly brilliant job. The both of you are a wonderful team, but what in the world was that last clip. I had to go back and look at that again. Wow , I guess we will have to wait until next week to see what happens next. Can’t wait. Also your border collie is incredible. I love to watch , him or her, heard all of the animals even the chickens. Have a safe and productive week. Ann from Va. 🇺🇸
I agree with SandraH about the animals, very cute 😍
Really coming together now, a massive amount of work, well done ❤
Thank you. It definitely feels like progress now!
Well done Sam and Bec🎉
You should be so proud of yourselves - a great job well done. Hope you enjoyed the movies and chocs. Well deserved.
You’re a hard working and talented couple. Makes me remember building 2 log houses while owning a restaurant and our late nights.
I am never satisfied watching your videos just once, I have to see them again and again. Love watching you rebuilding the house. Somebody (Bec) does a great job editing the videos - enjoyable to watch.
Glad you like them! Thank you. ♥️
