I might be mistaken (will get back and edit this comment once I find what I think is the correct key) but I play by ear and when I listen to the song I don’t hear that natural C you play but again I could be wrong. Either way this tutorial helped me a lot, thank you sir!

How do you play the last part of the song that starts off "sky heights deflating like this, thriving off your lessons, yes you are my lantern", it's totally different chords

Hey, right you are and sorry I took ages to get back to you.
Chords for that part: B / Abm / Ebm / Ebm to Abm
That's just on repeat.
Each of chords using the 9th in the right hand. So for the B chord in the LEFT you play B and G flat. In your RIGHT you are playing D flat (1), G flat (2)and D flat (5).
