      Looks like everything worked out this time. I've had pretty good luck with the OEM cylinders. I ordered all my parts, and I'm happy to be working on the Husqvarna saws now. Hope everything is well on your end. Thanks Clint. 👍

    I use hydrochloric acid..15min ..rinse with water lightly sand ..repeat till gone

      Seems to be a much more controlled process with the Hydrochloric vs. Muriatic. It worked great, thanks.👍

    I use sodium hydroxide to get the Aluminium off the Nikasil.
    Takes a bit more Time but works without damaging the Plating.

      I have been interested in the chemical removal process but haven't tried it yet. I do see the benefits vs sanding. I will definitely look into it. Thanks for the comment. 👍

      @@woodcutter4481 the chemical way takes longer but it saved my 372 cylinder pretty well. I do sand them with 1000 Grid and Oil afterwards. With new Meteor Popup it has. 210 psi Compression.
      Your way is also working good and yor Saw should run great again!
