I use a sharp kerambit for practice, while to get used to and be familiar with sharp objects, so that we get used to and always be aware of what is in our hands and what is in front of us, namely our opponents, because our opponents will not just stand still , especially if our opponent has a basis for self-defense too...or wields a weapon too...in real combat has no Rule....greetings from Indonesia...Bravo Kerambit !

Thank you, thank you. thank you! I have been working dual karambits for a bit, but this will definitely add to it. I can flip them simultaneously and strike, so it kind of looks like a buzz saw when I do them. lol

This knife is make your target can dead slowly. and before the death your target can feel painful fight. function of this karambit/kerambit is slashing muscle movers in your target body, so your target can't use their hands and feet for do something. even in can't use their feet to stand up and hands to raise up. And in Indonesia just a great Martial Artist who's using this for play with their targets.

and again nice vid, double Knife PTK :-) but that technique isnt strong if the Karambit isnt double edged, because the 1 and 2 are useless then, the 1,2 jab 3,2 jab works fine for Sak,Sak or Pakal (but the 3 wont really work if it isnt double edged). The Karambit is a Rip,Hook and cut of the Flesh tool, so people have to be reminded that you dont use the 1 and 2 if you cant cut with it, it have to be double edged... Cheers

The problem with using both Kerambits in hammer fist position is distance ... range. With a full extension of the arm, you can't get any farther ... practically.
Whenever I train with two blades, Kerambit or conventional knives, one is held in a standard grip, the other in a reverse (hammer fist) grip.
This allows jabs that extend farther than the outstretched hand, and powerful punching slashes with the reverse grip hand.

I am now self training in the Karambit and Balisong, and in fact sell knives and swords via family business Wolfclan Armory... www.Facebook.com/wolfclanarmory Would you recommend the Honshu Karambit or another kind? And what's the best Balisong in your opinion?

I own a honshu krambit, it's a beautiful blade but the steel is semi grade. it takes a sharpening very well but it won't hold it for more then a few test cuts without being heat treated first.
