I’m a homeowner in Tigard. One thing people need to know is the owner is responsible for sidewalk repairs. A neighbor can file a complaint and the city won’t even check the street before sending you a notice

Hi, we do not get much snow. Very mild winters but it does get cold. It's not usually below freezing very often.
