My favorite part of Portland isn't in Portland, it's in the Couve! Excect for being in the noisy flight path of PDX, I really enjoy Vancouver's new waterfront, which is only 9 miles from the one downtown......and it's almost tent free!

Sorry, but this is a five year review of living in Lake Oswego which is a “night and day” difference than living in Portland. You point out why you chose LO when you moved from SoCal, but you never said why you didn’t like Tigard, Beaverton, NE Portland, SE Portland, Gresham or Vancouver. LO might be in the greater Portland metro area from a semantic standpoint, but you should never put Portland and Lake Oswego in the same sentence.

Stay away from Oregon to many liberals here plus all drugs are legal here no matter were you live also so many homeless people every were… Portland just banned all homeless and now we are seeing them everywhere… STAY AWAY!

It's not safe anywhere in Oregon, its best for you to stay wherever you came from. Our state is full. Thank you.

I live in Salem and will retire in a few years. Portland is too expensive for the value. The pandemic comounded a loy of problems that already existed. Portland has rhe challenge that other cities revored more in recent years and also offer quality of life. I have to drive in Portland and the street made closures from the pandemic make going to some neighborhoods like Sellwood very difficult. This makes parts of Portland inaccessible and sends a message that some people are less worthwhile, who needs rhis.

Don’t move to Portland move to somewhere close like troutdale, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Gresham or Oregon city

Anyone considering moving to Portland should get their head examined!! It's a sh*t hole with no leadership. Far left politics, decay everywhere. The light rail transports this deviance out to the suburbs and homeless camps multiply. Born and raised here, and it is a depressing thing to see, a once beautiful city turned into a dumpster fire due to the marxist running the place. And the people here celebrate weirdness, among other things.

Greaseballs are running rampant, thieving, vandalizing, knowing there is little consequence to their destructive activities. Lived for 10 years in Seattle and I really want to retire in Portland... Seattle area has become unbearable for me. Crazy expensive and I am kind of sick of Tech Bros... (I am one of them) Some day...

As someone looking to move to the Portland area, I've been watching a lot of UA-cam realtors for close to a year now. This may come off as harsh, but it's truly helpful criticism: you 2 need a different schtick and all of your videos have the same tired script. Like literally how many times can you say the same thing about Lake Oswego? I could write your videos for you by this point.

Portland Maine is wicked, beautiful, and way better! The Atlantic Ocean is much more personable as well. Mt. Olympus actually orders take-out from Portland Maine. Our homeless people stand on the streets and hand out dollar bills and free cans of malt liquor. It's paradise!

Portland was always full of white people who love their opiates...since the 80a for sure.

I've wanted to move to the great north west for sometime now. ever since I've seen it in movies, it just looks beautiful, also I'm big into the paranormal, and BIGFOOT, and i hear stories about bigfoot in Washing, and Oregon, that is another reason that attracted me. I make roughly 60K a year. I live in CT right now. I'm just trying to get some date about the crime, and cost of living and other stuff.
