      Chelsea have a title winning team but they need time to get used to one another. The last two games have been positive but people need to realise that players are people. Give the team and especially the manager time. Frank's had a difficult job last season and pulled through to a champions league spot. If he had the same time period as Ole and is baffled to what team he should play then I'd be worried.

      It's crazy, but he actually may be the best choice for Chelsea.

      What is with people any manager who goes to a club is backed at first even if it is a Championship club mate. He survived from 16th to 6th without the signings and without son and kane for half season .So dont even compare him to jose . He didnt spent 5 years just to develop players .poch was there for five years and had kane son jan toby in their primes .so please give credit where it is due .jose got 7 players for arnd 70 million .not like pep who spent 60 to 80 million on a defender. Jose didnt spent at porto and inter he bought good players .
      You can ask any transfer analyst poch was stubborn with his players he wanted. If he has to succeed he would have been for 5 years. I am not poch hater but jose haven't had a full season yet and you people are slatting him like he is no one . He has the backing because he has earned in you can trust him if he wants players. It’s nice to see Poch well n smiling what a guy🙏🏾🙌🏾 even tho I’m not a Spurs fan I respect him highly for the job he did there turning them from possible top 4 contenders into possible title contenders👏🏾👏🏾 I’m a United fan n I’ve never been one to say Ole out but I think we would really regret it if Poch was to find a job soon n we miss out on him😒😒 I wanna give Ole till the end of the season as this is exactly how we started last season n look where we finished🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ also he deserves time to really put his marker down on things at the club👍🏾👍🏾 personally I’d give him the rest of this season n if things don’t improve or we’re not in the top 4 he’s gunna have to go🤧🤧 Poch is the man that I believe would get the best out of the players consistently n take us to that next level that we need n deserve to be at😤😤 we can’t juss be satisfied with being behind Liverpool n City every year we’re gunna have to break up their dominance n get back on top ourselves at some point✅✅

    Poch incoming.
    Ole outgoing.
    Really love Ole as a man utd fan. But really wanted him to succeed. But when Ole played 2 defensive midfielders aganist Arsenal, that was when I felt either he is afraid after Tottenham effect or he is tactically naive . Really wish ole to succeed but in the meanwhile we could lose Poch. He is the only manager left who deserves to manage Manutd. I don't think Max Allegiri style matches Old Trafford ethos. Bielsa is busy at Leeds . So catch 22 situation , let Ole stay or appoint Poch. Poch can become manager and Ole could be made director of football. It's a win- win situation.

      I definitely agree with the ending suggestion. If Ole is unable to get consistency in the league, don't distance him completely away. Make him DOF. He convinced Donny and Cavani to come to Utd so he could do to others as well.

    • @BalaKrishnan-fy1pf
      @BalaKrishnan-fy1pf 4 роки тому

      Agree with the DoF suggestion.. but the problem in most of the cases is not able to convince the players to sign for utd,(maybe in some cases) the main problem is the glazers and the Woodward refusing to take the cash out of their pocket to pay the price for the targeted players such as Sancho,.. I mean what ole can do if he's given only like 75 million to get Sancho... The main positive if poch comes to utd, is that he has some good young players with great potential in the first team. And the academy is in a great state of giving players to the first team. And the glazers would love him in that sense,... He will manage to get the champions League money year after year... And he won't ask for expensive players in most cases. This is a win win situation for the glazers.
