- little bit of a let down after my recent strong sub 11 performance but makes sense considering how fatigued I was after running the 10.91 100m down in London. new legal seasons best so positives to take away and considering I was a bit sick I can't complain too much. next race will be the welsh national championships in Cardiff so exciting times ahead.legal sub 11 is coming soon :D

@@ThiruPathi-nu3vt it is cause I wrote it 🗣️ I can’t really give you anything other than tell you to train hard and be consistent since I don’t know what your training looks like, age, experience etc. too many factors to really give you a straight answer.
