  • I want to show you guys how I strapped my bike to my trailer. I was able to pull it this way for about 24 hours on interstates and rough backroads with having to tighten the straps once.

    Most helpful video I've found so far! Love the line about the reasons that lead to needing to trailer the bike in the first place! Too true!

    You got good taste in Motorcycles! I have a 2018 Sport Glide. Id like to go ride in Louisiana. We frequent Lake Charles for the Casino's. We were there the weekend before the hurricane and i drove down 27 to the coast and my entire truck was covered in bugs, i never hit so many bugs! I emptied out all the bug wash! I love your state. Im glad yall dodged Hurricane Sally.

    Great idea on the shackle. That’s exactly how I strap my bike on the front I usually go from the rear peg bracket and back to a toe point on each side in the rear. Probably over kill 🤷🏻‍♂️ going to forward this to my buddy cause I want him to see the proper way to strap one down.

    How would I strap down the back if the wheel has many spokes and can’t get a strap through without risk damage to the wheel base

      Is it safe to fully compress the suspension? Thanks.

    • @motodrummer
      @motodrummer 2 роки тому +2

      @@franco2.090 Never fully compress them, The constant max pressure you put on the hydraulics will cause it to eventually blow past the seals and leak all over the place... Trust me on this one.

      @@EverydayMan but honestly man you have to have a tandem if you tow anything of any distance. If you've ever had a blowout with a single axle trailer hauling two motorcycles you'll know exactly what I mean...and on today's crappy roads I would gladly take a heavy trailer
