Foreigner Caught Trespassing Inside a Polish Village (Risky Adventure)

- What have you heard about the Polish villagers and how friendly do you think they are? In this film you see what happens and how a English man engages with the Polish people here in this small tiny village and how will they react. In this video I visit a Eastern European village in Poland called Brenna Leśnica to see what discoveries I would come across on this side of the world. I started my journey at the local village bus stop then decided to go for a beer. I came across a old looking wooden Polish restaurant so I stopped off for a beer which I found out was NOSZAK beer, which is brewed in the historic Browar Zamkowy Cieszyn. The Cieszyn Brewery is a historic brewery in Poland. At the place where I stopped off I was recommended to get a traditional Polish meal which was fried pork chop in breadcrumbs Served with chips and salad with a couple shots of Polish Palinka. While I was there the owner of the restaurant was really welcoming full of conversations and interest what I was doing and where I was travelling from and he the showed me around and also showed me photos of his family members and the history of his family tree and he told me during our conversation the lady that was working there at the time came over from Ukraine. I then set off on my adventure in the village after my meal to see if I could come across any interaction with locals. I saw old abandoned wooden house and a map showing the attractions in the surrounding area and one of the was a skiing hill, a church, memorial, and a park for kids although I was told by a local that there was nothing to see or do in the village. In this video I visit the local shops and try the local Polish beer called Brackie and Žatecký Světlý Ležák which I think was a combination between a Czech and a Polish beer. I then came across one of the locals that had a basket full of mushrooms from the forest that he had hand picked. In my travel videos across Europe I have been documenting my own reality of life as a foreigner and my experiences on how I engage with the local people I come across on my journeys where ever it is on or off the camera all of my encounters are the same.. My travels are comfortable and enjoyable and definitely loads fun. I do not feel like a victim or threatened because my colour when I travel. I believe this channel can educate people from an aspect that not all people of colour are always discriminated or judged, this can be seen in all my films from me showing my encounters in some of the most remote places I have visited in Europe such as, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland and England. Although I know some people are racist but for their own reasons.. What advice can I give to anyone that wants to travel no matter the country you travel to or what your colour is. Be fearless, friendly and open to learn a few phrases for interactions, because I know it takes a lot of effort for people and confidence to approach a random stranger and start a conversation and that’s what my spontaneous village travels are about - interacting with the locals and showing how life is on the outside of the big cities and towns. Watch me on this village tour which is far from a touristic location where foreigners usually don’t go. Let’s have look how the Polish people interact with a foreigner. I Took The Wock To Poland. 😎

Wbrew pozorom filmy bardzo pouczające dla Polaków. Pokazują róznice kulturowe między - teoretycznie - bliskimi sobie Europejczykami. A 24:33 on the right hand side, was an advertisement for Kofola which was the Coca cola of the Soviet Era, ( made in Czech) worth a try mate. If you want to try traditional polish Foods, try żurek or Barsch (beetroot) soups, Pierogi (of course) and Bigos ( cabbage & pork sausage stew). Andre, you cannot expect an owner of some restaurants to cook you a special, traditional dish. Most likely you'll always get something easy to cook, like a "polish fast-food" type of meal, which is instant fries, or that pork that was most probably not-that-fresh too. You can always note "Chciałbym spróbować tradycyjnego, polskiego jedzenia" which means "I'd like to try some traditional polish food" and then you'll have a higher chance to get some.
Older polish people struggle with English, because they were taught Russian instead during their school times.

@AndreTraveler I recommend making some polish friends and communicating/hanging out with them someone who can speak decent english. Then see if you can collab with them so that they can teach you polish better. I've learned that I learn foreign languages better when I have someone to practice with and someone to correct me when I'm misunderstanding or mispronouncing things but for the most part you're good bro. Polish people respect the effort more rather than being arrogant. So good job bro keep it up!
Recipe for the traditional Polish "Bigos" (Hunter's stew):
-1 kg sauerkraut (cook with smoked bacon for about 50 minutes)
- half a head of sweet cabbage (cook separately for about 20 minutes, be careful not to get it too soft! Drain after cooking)
- cook diced smoked bacon with its skin together with sauerkraut for about 50 minutes
- 3 piece of bay leaves, 6 piece of allspice,
- not too much of dried mushrooms
- 1 kg of pork shoulder or sausage
(Prepare the port shouldre: with sweet pepper, vegeta, salt, garlic, black pepper. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour, then baked, dice it and mixe it with 2 the cabbage and the sourcrout!)
Taste EVERYTHING! If anything else is missing, add a little pepper, marjoram, a little tomato paste (1 tablespoon of it).
You can cook the whole mixture a little longer in a pot with a lid on mixing itt at times (max. 10 minutes)!
Store in a cool place for up to several days.
Ha a good traditional Polish dish!
