Thank you! Can agave be substituted for maple syrup? Thanks! Love your channel… ❤❤
Thank you so much! Yes, you can use agave instead.
I find your recipes very interesting.
Can you kindly tell me if you ever used Lemon Verbena in your recipes ?
I have a big plant of Lemon Verbena and I dimply do not know how to utilise it in cooking. Thank you.
Hmm, I have not. Sorry!
This is a great combo! You are amazing. Your recipes always look and taste so good. I have made this very thing myself, maybe with some chocolate, and/or honey, many times. But check out Walnut Protein flour and Sacha Inchi Powder. Nine grams of protein per Tablespoon! These products are what is left over after they extract the oils from the nuts. They are not very expensive for what you get. Thank you!
What? I literally never heard of walnut protein flour! Life-changing!!!
@@NutritionRefined Wow, boy am I glad I mentioned it. There are so many things you can do with it. I add it to masa harina and make both high protein tortilla's and the seasoned taco meat that goes inside it. I add it to waffle batter. I put it in my Texas Cowboy Chili, in gravies and sauces. The flavor is mild and the mouth feel is wonderful.
@@NutritionRefined Afterthought. When you bake with it, it can be a little bitter. I always add a little stevia and/or honey.
@@colinkelley6493 Awesome! I just bought the flour today, and now I can start experimenting :)
@@NutritionRefined Have you heard of "Sweet White Lupin Flour" from Australia and California -- not to be confused with Lupini Flour from Italy? It is also a game changer.
Yummy will try it:) I dont like protein powder
I hear you. Hope you enjoy them :)
Thank you so much Petra - Happy 2024 to you all ✨
Happy New Year to you too!✨

Where can i buy quinoa flake? What is the brand?
Your peanut butter is liquidy. What brand is that? Thank you.
Ancient Harvest is probably the most popular brand (for quinoa flakes). I used GoGo Quinoa, which is a Canadian brand and I can get it in any health food store (and often times also in large supermarkets). The peanut butter was freshly made (peanuts being the only ingredient), which is why it was quite liquidy.
@@NutritionRefined do you live in Canada? Thank you for your answer.
@@NutritionRefined what kind of maple syrup that is healthy? Thank you.
Any maple syrup is healthy
@@MushroomMagpie thank you.
Please weigh the ingredients so we can make your wonderful recipes
You can find a link to the recipe in the description box below the video: nutritionrefined.com/peanut-butter-protein-balls/
YOU DON'T WASH QUINOA FLAKES???
A great question - commercially produced quinoa flakes go through a process of washing to get rid of the bitter tasting saponin before they are steam rolled. For this reason there is no need to soak, wash or rinse quinoa flakes before use.
Is quinoa flakes same as quinoa ? Or it's a different product?
Fantastic video. So soothing and relaxing to watch. Thank you!
@@abbeyathome3189 Quinoa flakes are made from quinoa (similar to rolled oats made out of oats).
@@abbeyathome3189
Same as quinoa.
