- Welcome to this week's update. A channel update of course, a brief on the progress on the challenging Kinetic Sea Harrier FRS.1, some upcoming content news (including raising for the Wizz Kids charity) and of course the news.
Wizz kids helps children and young people that are wheelchair users and its a very wordy cause. if you could donate, even just a small amount, then it would make a huge difference. If all my subscribers donate just one und then they'll smash the target!

Just donated £20 for Emily! Here's to them passing their target by miles! 🍻
Excellent video as always Jamie!
I'm still waiting for you to put on the Team Lotus John Player Special tshirt! Get on it! 😉😆😂
Thank you ever so much mate, that's very kind of you
Built the Airfix Beaver when I was a kid -1973 or so !! Your build was amazing !! Looking forward to the DW kit . Clearprop Comet on way from Ukraine !! lovely jewel of a kit - contrast the Mikro Mir 1/48 offering !!
Lovely!
Wow, that’s a lot of intense work on the Sea Harrier. Brilliant
Intense sums it up mate!
Great work on the Harrier. I/35 aircraft does make more sense than 1/32 due to ground vehicle availability. There have been so many 1/35 vehicles that have come out and so wished I could do an aircraft with it.
I agree mate
I can't understand why some moan about having the option of some 35th scale AC either -the more choices, the merrier I'd have thought!
Me neither mate
I love the magnet idea. I need a thousand of them. 😂
I just bought 300 (lifetime supply?) 3x1mm 😂
They work really well
Great save, Jamie
Thanks Steve
Quite fancy building an R8 variant of the Border FW-190 A8 kit, Jamie. 😍
You and me both mate
@@thescalemodellingcafe 🤗
Hey Jamie, great up date. I would be delighted to buy one of your existing models if that would help the girls, cheers Liam
Wow, thanks Liam. Anything specific in mind?
@@thescalemodellingcafe - I’ll leave it up to you buddy, whatever you’re happy to let go, I really don’t mind. If not, I’ll drop £50 for you to mention my channel on yours 🥳🤣, wherever suits best, cheers Liam
I wish it was the Kotare mkV spitfire you were doing as I’m waiting for that coming out in September but I will have a sneaky bid on your one mate.
I'll see when the Vb or c comes out
Hello Mr Haggo .If you really want a Kotare spitfire Jadlam have a clearance of the early version -lots of exrta bits -at £74.99 including P&P.
Looking forward to the LFD Spit xiv conversion -tips to build mine from a superb modeller !
I've got the donated early Mk. Ia mate, think I'll wait for the Vb to buy one
Really looking forward to the Kotare build - I have the Mid and Early ones and am just waiting to improve my skill level before tackling them.
They are very straight forward Phil
@@thescalemodellingcafe So I understand, but they just look so well modelled that I really want to do them justice. Like you, I'd love them to bring out a V b/c (and Vokes filter) - so I can do a Malta subject.
Hi Jamie !! Hope its all going well. I have a kit that I can put on ebay to raise some money for your daughter. Its the Airfix 1:48 lynx with your nose art ! I can include a print of the original artwork and some Figures I bought a few years ago. It would be a pretty nice little collection. Would you be able to point your viewers in the direction of the ebay listing. its a great thing your daughters are doing !! I hope I can help out a bit. Let me know. Chris
Mate, that is awesome, thank you ever so much. Let me know when it's up on eBay and I'll advertise it here and on Facebook.
@@thescalemodellingcafe Hi Jamie, Im glad I can help out a bit. I have it all photographed and ready to put on ebay. When is a good time to do it ??
Nice Beaver😍
Sorry 😂
Here we go.......!
Vc all day every day and twice over!!!!!!! As for scales 1/35 over 1/32, but you're all wrong!! 1/40 is the way to go....Now all I have to do is convince the manufactures that 1/40 would be the best and only scale!
Me too Dave!
