Me and dad were grinding near a tractor battery not realising and it exploded never heard out like it and shot out of the shed faster than I’ve moved before,
Great video . Noah is turning out to be a good valued member of staff not shy of a bit of work and knows the daily routine to take a bit of pressure off you Joe
Great video Joe, best thing you ever did was getting the remote sorted for the bailer (That's going back a while) 😉. Noah is a star, he's beginning to read your mind "In a good way" and that's the makings of a perfect team. 👌. PS: Clicked like as always so "Sithee tomorrow Cocker" 👍.
I saw noah out carting today but didn't realise it was him until after he passed. I'd love to come spend the day with you on the farm to see everything. It always amazes me when I drive by and see all the machinery. I could even bring my drone with me 😉🤣
Many years ago when I still worked on a farm, went to visit my parents at the weekend, after a shower and wearing cloths that had never been worn for work, walked in sat down and my father said, " god you smell of silage"
I had a lot of trouble with John Deere 1800m rolls of wrap last year and have gone back to 1500m rolls this year with no problems. Why have they gone away from cardboard packaging? Ripon Farms told me other customers have had similar issues.
PLEASE do not grind near a battery, I have seen a battery explode from a spark off a grinder as the battery gives off hydrogen gas which is highly explosive and volatile. No joke it makes a serious mess and is extremely dangerous. A complaint to supplier about the holes in the plastic film might get you a few free rolls, worth a try.

Hi Joe. Won't the water get into the bottom silage bales with all that water on the ground along your stack?
