To answer why rubber ducks: the update preceeding End of the Line (which itself was a community update, which got butchered by valve and it's pieces were re-distributed to other updates insanely deprechiating the excitement of it dropping, despite givong us a massive amount of weapons and a really cool map once you count everything thatvwas made for it and got into the game, ASIDE from the animated short itself) was Scream Fortress 2014, giving us sd_doomsday_event, also known as Carnival of Carnage, a map famous for giving you BONUS DUCKS like a lot. it became a massive meme immediaty.
and the reason for this massive info dump is: that's why the whip - The Disciplinary Action, which is what it's called in the game: it was SUPPOSED to be one of the weapons added in End of the Line, but Valve in their infinite wisdom decided to add all of those to the massive pool of weapons added in Love and War update (the one that got us Expiration Date) all in all they killed the ONLY COMMUNITY UPDATE THAT COULD HAVE BEEN LEGITIMATELY GOOD, THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY NO MORE OF THOSE AFTER THE DISASTER THAT WAS THE INVASION UPDATE a few years later, which I am still so fuckin mad about.
Why they take the bomb? Well if you look closely at BLU's plans in the begining - the piegon bomb was one of their earlier, failed attempts. This is just what ended up happening to it.
Yes, SFM stands for Source Filmmaker, as far as I know it's very popular because it's easy to import video game character models ^^ I love how creative people can be
Honestly this this animation is why EVERYONE thinks Heavy is stupid. That damn chess game. Heavy would DEFINITELY know how to play chess. The animators of this weren't valve, it was an independent animation that Valve approved of. That one thing about making Heavy look stupid is why this animation always annoys me.

@Torineesan nope ubercharge is invincibility only, kritz (i believe that how you type it) is the one who does extra damage, and then there's one where you are immune to only one type of thing not everything each of these comes from a different medi gun

I enjoy see you so amazed by all the content of TF2, it's very rich and I hope you don't get too much ennoyed at the end. There is so much talented people who made so high quality with this video game, like the Winglet (you've watch live and let spy already from him) or Crash Maul (with his Rise of the Epic scout saga). If I can suggest you one last thing (a bit different) that would be Pyro vs Mei rap battle from Jt Music. They made almost all of the team from TF2 and Overwatch get their rap duals but I think this one is the best actually. Always good to see your reaction

he is smart but not numbers. his degrees are both in types of literature. so he probably knows a lot about the heroes journey and the burden of morality

The tracks cross each other at regular intervals to keep things interesting, and a couple of the maps, like Pipeline, have multiple stages. It's honestly not a very popular mode outside of the Scream Fortress event, so it's rare to come across a PLR match in casual; you might have better luck finding it in a community server.
To be honest, I have very contradictory feelings about End of the Line. I like everything in general, but the way the Heave were shown is downright infuriating.
