You can't see the mountains from the heart of KL coz KL is in a valley called the Klang Valley..n that's why it is hotter than other places...it is hot n humid..but northern states like Kedah n Perlis can be hot n dry (Tropical Monsoon climate).

I suggest you to go to dataran merdeka on 31st August,there will be so many soldiers,nurses,etc..they will all bring some vicheals to ride and such there to celebrate malaysian national day!i once went there and it was fun,but its a bit crowded and noisy tho teehee
