Hi Ken it is Neil schwerdt in west valley city Utah,( MRL man ) Ken make it to where you can reach it . Watch would be 2 feet across. It are age it is hard to get on your knees. From Neil schwerdt 😊
Hey Ken! Painting the wall would be good, it will allow easier access to your outlets and maybe allow a nice selection of railway posters to go up for us to see, and maybe donate a few! 😊
Idea: a long narrow U shaped layout would be practical for you as it would mean you could walk up the middle ( without bending!) and also give us two dimensions to view, (one in front of you and one behind)
Sad to see you taking your triple track down but I'll enjoy seeing your new track in the future? I'm glad you could save all your track! Cool, yes Menards does have some cool train stuff at Christmas time. Their buildings are pricey! I think they even have a carousal too. Yes, the rail connectors are important to keep. That sure is coming apart quickly! Karate! It does look like you are King Kong tearing up the track! It's GONE! Thanks for showing us the demolition! Kaiya looks a bit confused. I'm glad she got to enjoy being under there for a bit. Thanks for this video Ken! I can't wait to see what you'll build this next winter!
Good morning KEN. Lets see where your next train travels will be going on an ADVENTUROUS TRIP TRIP ❤🚂 🚃 We will be riding along. SE MICHIGAN 🙏 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😎🐶🚂🚃 GOD BLESS YOU ALL ❤
The project here reminds me that I need to finish my own cleanout and reclaim my garage space for the winter. The local church is having a rummage sale in 2 weeks, and they are looking for donations. Going through stuff has forced me into tossing out a few items that I haven't used in 10 - 20 years.
My friend and I designed and built a big layout. To me, that was the fun part. Running the trains was his pleasure. I found it dull after doing it for a while.
Ken, you’re always entertaining with your excitement. Keep everything you pulled apart - never know what you can re-use. On my current double deck layout, all of the track is re-used from old layouts (mine and others), and some of the benchwork is as well.
Can’t wait to see what you have in mind with your new track layout. I have a large slot car table and been trying to get some ideas from you. Good luck with your knee!
@@Kens265 i’ve moved up to 1/32 scale. All digital and you can raise six cars at the same time. They also change lanes so you can pass! Quite a bit of fun.
Good Morning, Ken! Menard's has a lot of Cool Train stuff in O, Ho, & N Gauges. You can order Online too. Let's See what You're going to Build Next! Good Luck on your upcoming Knee Surgery too!
Ken with your knee replacement you may find the need to have space all around the set up so many find they are pain free but limited in crawl spaces but hope for the best results with a lot of physical therapy
I thought you might like some of the buildings Menards sells. Perhaps your wife and daughter would like to paint the buildings you have already, if you assemble them??? You've mentioned they like color coordination/matching!
Please, I'm not trying to be critical. I think you got too involved in creating a unique design. A train has a purpose, in other words a reason to exist. the best advice I can give you is get some plan books. You've got a nice amount of space to work with. think about being able to run your trains in different directions, reversing loops or wyes. in other words break up the monotony of single direction looping. I wouldn't go over two level unless you went below the deck for a passenger station.
Lots of slivers in the plywood !
Haha yes
Can’t wait to see your new layout. Be praying that your knee surgery goes well, and for a speedy recovery.
Love your smaller layout, as well.
Thanks I appreciate it

Thanks I have a better plan in my head this time
Hi Ken. Nice tear down now looking forward to new set up.
You and me both!
😂
Wrestle that track 😁
Haha. I won!
For the U shape you can still use your old ply tops and just cut into the existing circles to create the U.
That’s true
It will be interesting to watch and see what new creation you come up with!
That’s what I’m wondering too
"Ever feel like King Kong?" 🤣🤣🤣 You should've put on a monkey mask, Ken!!
Haha yes
Good morning KEN.

A circle is a circle ⭕️ so I would save the plywood. It will give you a starting point on the direction of the table.
Yes I’m going to try to save some of it n
You are a great person and you doing your job right
Thanks
Excited to see your new layout and buildings
Thanks me too
Hey Ken, you should consider doing voiceovers for Hollywood karate action movies. You’re a natural! Bruce Lee would be proud😁
Hahahaha. I’ll give them a call
At last! (Your home can have its bed sheets back!)
