If this Appellate Court Judge delays this trial. Then, there's no justice in America.

@@Pipizzakitchen - Sure, the trial started today and already 50 potential jurors have been eliminated, it's going to take awhile to find a jury and alternates acceptable to both sides. I've been in that selection process 5 times, got on 3 juries.

Andrew Weissmann asks the best question I have heard. (See title). I don’t think he is the first and he probably won’t be last. We need to keep this in mind every time the subject comes up.
The big question is this; There are people who are recognised by the courts as a "vexatious litigant". Why is there nothing similar to this regarding those people like Trump who repeatedly use specious legal attempts to slow down a trial?
As a lawyer you are clearly not we have to set up a defense which takes time.
