Owen that nobody knows who they are. the story happens in a small island and by the end of the book, EVERYBODY dies, but during that process the victims think it might be the hosts, Mr. and Ms. U.N.Owen who are conducting the killings, when in fact they dont exist (U.N. Owen is a pun on "Unknown"). basically ZUN is playing a joke on "wait, so U.N. Owen was Her?"
this is probably one of the hardest series in the world, mostly because we're all used to having lots of enemies that shoot a few bullets. here you have a SCREEN FILLED WITH SHIT THAT KILLS YOU. CONSTANTLY. I have trouble beating these games on normal.

There's alot of focus on UN Owen because people like to go overboard with Flandre, but dive past it and there's quite a bit to explore both in the games, manga, and a novel, as well as a few of ZUN's cds as well.
This is Yukari Yakumo, She first appeared in touhou 7: Perfect Cherry Blossom. Also Flandre's theme is U.N. Owen Her. You can tell who Flandre is due to her colorful vampire wings. Yukari is know for this theme and her umbrella
Border of Life gets a lot of arrangements. Satori Maiden~3rd Eye is another fun theme to remix. Faith is for the Transient People gets some good love, too. I'm personally a fan of those with the guts to remix PC-98 era themes, because there aren't enough of them.
Final boss and ex-boss themes generally have "the best" of themes, albeit there's always a gem in most stage1-5 themes, like Rigid Paradise. My most favorite is always Suwa Foughten Field

I'm probably showing how green I am by stating I like Solar Sect of Mystic Wisdom and Bad AppleII. What would you consider the best songs? Opinion based, I know- but I'm willing to go by word of mouth at this point.
If you saw how many remixes this theme gets, then you should've known who this character is. It's Yukari Yakumo from Touhou, considered to be one of the strongest, if not the most dangerous youkai in the series, especially considering her reputation as one of the harder bosses, thus making her theme quite memorable. Of course, there's a ton of remixes of every Touhou character as of now, so Necrofantasia ain't too popular. I consider Lunatic Princess to the most overused theme remixed.
