Thank you Casey. I needed exactly this kind of advice today. Not only did I lose my father to cancer a month ago and have been feeling depressed but someone who was once in my life that has issues with me and vice versa has both directly and indirectly been affecting my reality on a daily basis. I always have tended to question things. Including my reality. But perhaps like you said I should just accept it. You’re video really helped me at the right time, and I appreciate it😊
