I am proud to say that I have engaged in more than one altercation with Nole’s haters in the past and I have always pointed to the fact that eventually Nole has been deported as a consequence of the most fascist law you could ever imagine, the one which give the power to the ministry to pick the guy he doesn’t like and without further explanation deport him. Unbelievable. I am glad Nole also mentioned 2 other people who entered the country 10 days before he arrived exactly under the very same condition. It should be reminded that the additional check at the arrival at the airport in which Nole had been stopped at his arrival was added at the time Nole plane was approaching Australia. It was a pre-planned ambush plain and simple.
It was an online battle trying to educate the indoctrinated on the truth. Personally, I think most knew he did nothing wrong, but because he unintentionally exposed the entire saga re Covid, they just couldn't stand the fact he was right & they were deceived. To this day there are still those that peddle the misconception.
Sensible people know that you met all the legal requirements put forwards by Tennis Australia, and the cowardly bullies in Australian government abused their powers to harm and detain you.
It was clear for many of us the decision was to not allow Novak to win slams to break Margret court records. So,English always applies nasty unfair rules to win..We have known them for more than 200 years.
He won his court case then the minister appealed it and he list the second. So, the million dollar is this. If the minister has the right to effectively appeal and overturn any court decision unilaterally, what the hell is the reason they even have trials in the first place. Djokovic didn’t know this but he was doomed from the moment the minister got involved regardless of the initial outcome.
The corrupt government treated him as a terrorist. The minister and judges saw Novak as a threat to the vaccine mandate policy of Australia. Now even UA-cam allows videos to contain negative news about the covid vaccines and regulations. Back then Nadal supported the deportation of Novak. And Nadal said about himself as a player who just wants to enjoy playing tennis not like Novak, obsessed with only winning the matches. This is one of many reasons Nadal can't be a legend.
The Czech player is Renata Voracova. She ended in the same "prison hotel" like Novak. But the world didn't know about this, everybody was attacking Novak. The whole thing was a farce.
There's the answer! Tsitsipas' words by saying "He shouldn't be here" at the time and especially padal's words "I prefer him not to be here". The Immigration Minister at the time was half Greek and he actually didn't have much to do with any of it. My suspect is in those two players and especially medical monsters like gates who is friends with padal, have told the minister to do what he did. So glad Putin saw all of that and caught all of them off guard with the Ukraine governement falling under nato, with that he exposed all of the vaccination bullshite, and justice for Novak was served in that way. We've seen it all! Novak in the end has more slams (24) than the enemy - padal (22) all thanks to that decision Novak himself made to not get vaccinated.
Let's not forget that some of the Greek fans at the time claimed that Tsitsipas was not vaccinated either. One even claimed "knowing it for a fact". But anyways, the tournament was a disaster as more than 15 players and officials tested positive in the first week.
glad he finally speaks out! still so much misinformation about his case in social media! Unfortunately its only a part, the second court, he also won! because I followed it all - live court hearings - and how interesting, what main-stream-media was reporting - something completely different!
What Novak achieved despite the odds stacked against him is incredible. He deserves respect. However, what happened in Australia is another example of the twisted reality/world we live in !
Australia was one of the worst countries during the pandemic. I hope the Australian people that remained sane during that time will not let their government and the traitors off the hook.
The immigration minister failed to stop novak becoming the goat! But trust me one day he will get his personal punishment!! Karma will get that karen..
There’s a reason why that 4 minute clip of his BBC interview has 2M views but the entire 38m interview where he goes in depth into all of this has 25k views. Nobody cares for truth these days. But in the end, destiny arrived all the same. Hope he gets a nice big legal team after his playing days and sues every single media outlet and affiliate for defamation of his name. God bless him!
I thought it was clear from the beginning that it was that clown's immigration minister decision that Novak was deported as he had already won in the law court and the judge was already with Novak's side. Maybe in many countries media were told big lies about Novak's deportation.
Separation of powers? That circus wouldn’t even happen in China. One person overturning the decision of a legitimate court. Novak handled that situation like a true champion. Australia handled it like a true dictatorship.
Australia was disgraceful in its hysteria and authoritarianism over Covid. Dragging people off beaches etc. Just disgraceful. And of course Novak is right. He won the court case, but the Immigration Minister just reversed it out of thin air for the flimsiest of subjective reasons that he thought Novak staying would cause some sort of social conflict. Pathetic. He obviously caved in to the mob. Novak behaved with great dignity during this time when they arrested him and put him in a dumpy immigrant hostel, took away his phone etc.
Very interesting to hear Novak explain it so clearly. I do remember the other player and coach being deported after being allowed to enter the country. It was extremely political - they thought it would cause anti vax sentiment or something.

Gotta love it. Despite meeting the requirements for satisfying the covid screening, an unqualified immigration minister gets to determine whether a visiting tennis player poses a significant risk to public health via spreading covid whilst not having covid. I'm quite sure that the minister is well educated with extensive training and experience on this subject. Bravo sir
It was disgusting and embarrassing as an Australian to have a PERSON (forget the fact he's a world class athlete) such a Novak deported for petty reasons. I gained so much respect for Novak during this time.
Yes Nole! I would add that since then, You have actually one title more. At the moment 25 titles. You have legally the win against the government of one big country in court, for doing nothing wrong. Probably your biggest title! You come even bigger after that! ❤
Rafa winning 2022 AO was the most painful tennis experience for me as a Djoko Fan in all the years. Way more painful than actual losses of Novak in a match
2022 was awful. Seeing Rafa take the lead and hoping that Nole had the fight in him to take the slam lead back. Then 2023 came in and Rafa had his version on not being able to defend titles. For those ugly Fedal fans? That's karma for mocking along with everyone else that screwed Novak that didn't involve tennis!
There are STILL people who say he was deported for a mistake on his incoming passenger form as well. It's only the supporters of Novak who actually followed the story in real time who seem to know the real reason.
I will be making longer video explaining what happened during that event, day by day. It was indeed poorly covered by the media, and people are confused about what happened exactly.
As an attorney practicing immigration law in the United States for over 25 years it is clear that what happened to Novak was a total injustice; And amounts to political persecution. He won his immigratuon court case but was treated like a criminal and deported purely for political reasons. If I were in his shoes, I don't know if I would have gone back to Australia to play again. But Novak decided to play on despite how he was so horribly and unjustly treated. Novak is perhaps the world's greatest example of resilience and never giving up. Meanwhile, Australia is going woke and losing their national identity... and destroying their own economy and repUtation.
He either didn't say it or maybe doesn't even know but that minister didn't just make that decision. Certain influencial people (and players) made it happen.
You can say whatever you want about all this giant clusterf*ck but the fact of the matter is that he applied for a visa and was granted one while being under the wing of Tennis Australia. When applying for the visa, he believed he had the correct documents to enter the country. He and his team checked multiple times with Tennis Australia and government officials and he had the green light to board his flight. He departed from Serbia and he was so sure he was complying with Australian laws and rules that he posted on his social media that he was traveling with an exemption. While in the air, Australian politicians got wind of his social media post and started to look closer at his visa status and situation. They then changed their own stance on the matter and the federal government and Victoria government started to have a go at each other about the situation. When he got there, he was treated like a bio terrorist and the media started to do what they do: scavenge like the vultures they are. And of course, because of the tremendous polarization of any and everything in this world, people took sides and accepted to be fed by whatever crap the news and social media gave them. Djokovic then used his power to try and make sense of what was happening, something that no ordinary citizen could ever do. He almost did it but then, Minister Hawke gave the last word as is his right and duty and Djokovic got kicked out. In the end, Tennis Australia was terribly incompetent and reckless and the Australian government was an absolute wrecking ball with no regards for their own laws and procedures as was clear when Judge Kelly overturned Djokovic’s visa cancellation. And to add insult to injury, the court that decided Hawke’s decision was unappealable admitted that Djokovic entered the country with a valid visa and he was legally training on the grounds of the Australian Open. He never once was considered an ilegal immigrant and he never broke the law. And he still was detained instead of keeping his freedom to come and go inside the country. To keep it simple: Australia is a confused and divided country and it’s on full-on election mode. Had they simply denied Djokovic his visa, none of this would never have happened. He has the right to apply for a visa and Australia has the right to deny it. But not like this. Not like a fucking steamroller on a garden of tulips. Djokovic can be a stupid, famous and rich private citizen and refuse to get vaccinated for whatever reason but he never ever disrespected, made fun of, nor “arrived there thinking he would get away with it because he is a world famous sports superstar”. He went there because they said he could leave his home. Not in his wildest nightmares he thought he would be treated like that because no fault of his own. And it’s easy to check this when one reads his interview with boarder officials at the airport. And no, in this instance, he’s not at fault for not being vaccinated. That is his right as is his right to try and apply for visas anywhere in the free world. And he can’t do anything if anyone deny him any visas. I hate the fact that Djokovic is an obscurantist lunatic but I will always stand by personal freedom, law abiding citizens and countries and general common sense when dealing with people who are free to do and think whatever they want as long as it’s LEGAL.

But now we pure bloods brag about our status and tainted people just feel jealous
Yeah...Followed that case thoroughly... eventually it was a political decision... nothing more
I believe that when Novak retires, he is going to reveal all these thing that has happened to him. Like the thing with the ranking points in Wimbledon 2022 for example. Like Goatkovic has alread talked about on this channel. Like he does in this clip. And he is going to reveal stuff about Federer and Nadal.
He should write a book, I will be his first customer
People ain't nice none of them
The first and the last lol
The thing with the points at Wimbledon was justified because their ban of the Russkies was most certainly not justified.
@@doraemon402 what his points have to do with the Russians? they robbed him several times of writing his history! He still did, but he could have had more weeks as #1 and more GS, if they didnt deport him and didnt let him play
Rock on, brother.
A champion on and off the court .Love you Nole GOAT ❤️
Shame on the Australian govt!! But I had the Joy to share in your AO victory for.
Karma is a wonderful thing..🙏✌️

Prior to Novak’s deportation, all of the Big-3 had 20 grand slams each. Still these machinations did not stop the GOAT. Crazy to think that if not for pandemic he might have had close to 30 slams by now (Wimbledon in 2020, Australia and US Open 2022, plus that questionable disqualification at US Open 2020)
Well the pandemic affected all. But 2 tournaments he was robbed were the AO 22 and USO 20. He would now be sitting at 26 GS easy.
@@Whatreally123also uso 2022 and wimbledon 2020 and all the masters weeks at no.1 etc
I prefer Novak to Federer and Nadal because he is a man of principle and courage.
Federer and Nadal are go along to get along types - weak sauce.
It was also Novak who was a main player in getting the new profession tennis association going to help out less successful tennis players Federer and Nadal didn't lift a finger.
Noval is THE GOAT on and off the court.
The australian minister gifted the AO 2022 to Nadal.
Nope, because Nadal won the seven matches.

I am so happy that Novak came back the very next year and WON the Australian Open Title!
Those Australian Politicians got voted out of the government also. It was a sweet victory for Novak in all front after all.
This whole episode with Australia was a disgrace. I followed in real time and Nole is right, it was pure politics (part of a political campaign for the elections).
1) kicked out of a country because a politician personally dislikes you
2) kicked out of the tournament because a tennis ball accidentally hits a lines person
3) denied 2000 ATP points for the tournament he won (Wimbledon 2021)
These 3 facts speak about the credibility of some countries who claim to be running GS tennis tours.
Someone needs to ask Novak if he actually thinks Nadal's 2022 Australian Open "title" is legitimate
Novak was blocked from playing in three majors. There should be an asterisk* besides each victor’s name.
@@sciagurrato1831 Four actually, 2020 W & USO + 2022 AO & USO. 2020 USO Thiem is the only victor who had a solid chance of beating Novak (I'd still pick Novak to beat him though). Alcaraz and Nadal won fake titles and Federer has fake Wimbledon and USO leads over Novak
@ricky129rl4263 how is federer winning 2017 wimbledon is fake?
@@Mike-sj1jv none of Federer's titles are fake. His lead over Novak in Wimbledon trophies is fake because 2020 Wimbledon was cancelled and Novak clearly would've won that
@@ricky129rl4263 it's not fake because everything else was shutdown at that time. He wasnt baned like in 2022. Also you don't know he would've won the 2020 US open or not since he lost a lot of finals there.
The only reason I think this was 1% "good" is because nole seems much less nice than he used to, and i loved it
agree
He has always been very gracious in his speeches and comments, win or lose.
And to think that given Novak was unfairly blocked from going the distance in 3 grand slams (UO 2020 and AO & UO 2022) and the deportation issue seriously affecting his performance at RG 2022, even with a modest assessment, he should've had at least 2 more GS titles by now.
at least!!!
Australia did Novak dirty. This is a big stain on their reputation as a "free" country. They should rightfully be considered a banana republic now and until they openly admit their corruption, and apologize to Novak publicly.
its not free; its under the boot of superpower rednation, who owns most of its ports, and when aussie told that country it shd not b threatening tywan, and that country got mad at aussie, so aussie retaliated and sd fine we are not selling u any coal, then rednation moved its militari warships close to aussie to threaten it. aussie backed down and resumed selling them the coal....
Djokovic is the G.O.A.T. THEY LOST.
King!
Australias politicians was, like every politician, interested of short term win. And they did it. But truth, health, wellbeing of citizens, or state, real things..., they don't care about it. Novak is the sportsman and cares about EVERYTHING what is conected with him and sport he is in, to do. Long term. That is why he is the winner, big time.

I thought it was a gross injustice at the time, and I still think so.
I don't understand people who defend the policies of that time.

Truly the GOAT, could have had 25, 26 slams over this nonsense.
The Czech was Renata Voracova
It was an online battle trying to educate the indoctrinated on the truth. Personally, I think most knew he did nothing wrong, but because he unintentionally exposed the entire saga re Covid, they just couldn't stand the fact he was right & they were deceived. To this day there are still those that peddle the misconception.
Alex Hawke was the cowardly minister that deported the GOAT. Shamed forever.
Sensible people know that you met all the legal requirements put forwards by Tennis Australia, and the cowardly bullies in Australian government abused their powers to harm and detain you.
You are a hero. You conquered everything despite all evil and morons. Djoko forever
Novak is a high profile living Legend. He had become a political problem
It was clear for many of us the decision was to not allow Novak to win slams to break Margret court records. So,English always applies nasty unfair rules to win..We have known them for more than 200 years.
Nadam se da ih znamo jos malo, pa onda pa-pa.. ka boom 🎉
I hope he wins that 25th grand slam, so that we don't have to hear Margaret Court's name ever again!!

Thanks NoVaK, the free mans believe in you
Novak too handsome, minister didn’t like him…got deported
He won his court case then the minister appealed it and he list the second. So, the million dollar is this. If the minister has the right to effectively appeal and overturn any court decision unilaterally, what the hell is the reason they even have trials in the first place. Djokovic didn’t know this but he was doomed from the moment the minister got involved regardless of the initial outcome.
Australia is a banana republic! What selfrespecting country would not obay it's own courts ruling?!
@@slavicakrkalovic7150 You'll get no argument from me. Lunacy
Yes, his assertions are clearly projection. He flits, he grunts, he poses and he prances.
Nadal showed to the whole world openly what a sour grape he really is!
I understood everything he said. He is so fluent in his native language:)
They should be ashamed of themselves for what they did to him. We all know that Nole would have had one more Grand Slam.
Exactly. There’s a good chance he could have had a

To the Host: LET HIM SPEAK!!! Do not interupt so many times!
One word description....."Unfair".
If a minister doesn't like him personally, this is not a reasonable reason to kick him out.
The immigration minister failed to stop novak becoming the goat! But trust me one day he will get his personal punishment!!
Karma will get that karen..
Didn't he already get his karma a year later when Novak cruised to the title, abusing De Minaur in the process?
There’s a reason why that 4 minute clip of his BBC interview has 2M views but the entire 38m interview where he goes in depth into all of this has 25k views. Nobody cares for truth these days. But in the end, destiny arrived all the same. Hope he gets a nice big legal team after his playing days and sues every single media outlet and affiliate for defamation of his name. God bless him!
Man I would have... I am not gonna say it but this is purely criminal. as per usual
I thought it was clear from the beginning that it was that clown's immigration minister decision that Novak was deported as he had already won in the law court and the judge was already with Novak's side. Maybe in many countries media were told big lies about Novak's deportation.
Dude stated it was because dko would inspire the anti vaxxer movement ....
AO 2022 forever asterisked and not a valid title for Nadal !!!!
and Dominic Thiem's 2020 U.S. Open title isn't valid either⁉🤔😂😂
Not to forget that there was a threat that he will not be allowed to return to Australia for the next three years
Separation of powers? That circus wouldn’t even happen in China. One person overturning the decision of a legitimate court. Novak handled that situation like a true champion. Australia handled it like a true dictatorship.
Australia was disgraceful in its hysteria and authoritarianism over Covid. Dragging people off beaches etc. Just disgraceful.
And of course Novak is right. He won the court case, but the Immigration Minister just reversed it out of thin air for the flimsiest of
subjective reasons that he thought Novak staying would cause some sort of social conflict. Pathetic. He obviously caved in to the mob.
Novak behaved with great dignity during this time when they arrested him and put him in a dumpy immigrant hostel, took away his phone etc.
Should have built a Statue to the Man. Biological Male represented kids. Look to your idols. Your Mind. Your body. Your spirit. Godspeed big boy.
It said far more about that Australian minister than Novak.
Very interesting to hear Novak explain it so clearly. I do remember the other player and coach being deported after being allowed to enter the country. It was extremely political - they thought it would cause anti vax sentiment or something.
this man is simpy mentally TOO strong, cant imagine how that could affected someone else and never come back
Yes, he is a mental gigant! That is why he came next year and won AO...and RG...and USO! The GOAT all the way!! 👌👍

I apologise as an Australian for the behavior of our government. Australia is a village masquerading as a country I’m afraid.
Bravo sir

Didn't watch any of that tournament, completely irrelevant it was after the goings on. Djokovic had his 2023 redemption tour to make up for it.
Respect for him for not caving in to the vax mandate!
He should be awarded the grand slam for the year, he missed out on. No way Nadal or Medvedev would have beat him.
Rafa winning 2022 AO was the most painful tennis experience for me as a Djoko Fan in all the years. Way more painful than actual losses of Novak in a match
Rafa DID NOT win AO 2022!! It was given to him as a present from Australian governmant!! 👎
Stealing AO 2022 you mean
hope he sues that guy eventually
There are STILL people who say he was deported for a mistake on his incoming passenger form as well. It's only the supporters of Novak who actually followed the story in real time who seem to know the real reason.
Novak was mistreated , discriminated and deported due to a despotic act of a deranged prime minister .
Finally the truth is revealed 👍
I will be making longer video explaining what happened during that event, day by day. It was indeed poorly covered by the media, and people are confused about what happened exactly.
The Czech player is Renata Voracova, must be mentioned cause looks like many still doubt it. Novak didn't want to mention her
As an attorney practicing immigration law in the United States for over 25 years it is clear that what happened to Novak was a total injustice; And amounts to political persecution.
Players didn't don't be silly!
G.O.A.T.
Wow you have nailed it totally. What I have said all along and with one particular nay sayer on another platform where I expressed my opinion and views similar to you, I was attacked verbally and told if I don't like it here f*k off to where you came from.
