Focused Practice -- Filter problems in the range X-100, X+300 where X is your current rating. Select any 3 problems from random pages, note these problems in your practice sheet and solve them for the day (make notes for these problems from the given template)
Diffused Practice - pick 2 problems in the range X+100, X+300 for the next day. think about them and at the end of the day try to solve them

Try practicing CSES and Atcoder DP, and some standard DP if u haven't done it previously, most of the problems are extensions or can be related to some of them
