Also, back in the day I actually used the slow-mo feature on a controller like this to help me get through Super R-Type. The actual in-game slowdown didn't help there, but the proper slow motion option really did. :D
Who would have thought there were/are also gamepads for SNES that let you play fighting games with 6 buttons on the front. If I had only just happened upon the Internet a few years ago and followed the general narrative, I totally could have believed that simply wasn't an option there on SNES uniquely. But, here we are. And, I have to say, I love the look of the Super Famicom version here the most. Just always loved that RYGB button colouring. Lovely find. Good stuff. :)
that controller is very different from these. There is zero input lag in the old 16 bit versions and I think everything feels great. They dont make em like they used to I guess.
I didn't know about to Super intendo one and I didn't know about the GENESIS one. But I knew about the PC-ENGINE one decades ago.... Now I gotta get these controllers.I gotta get them all two a piece for each system,, Thanks for the post 🎛🔊🕹🤘🤩🎧📺🎚🔉🎵
Given some of the conversations I've had online around these consoles and in regards to playing fighting games like Street Fighter II in particular, I get the impression a whole lot of people didn't know about the SNES one. And they definitely didn't know about the SNES C&L Championship Joystick. Those are definitely some great options for Super Nintendo/Super Famicom fighting game aficionados there. :)
I love fighting game pad controllers! I recommend using the turbo features only for the shoot'em up games.

They look awesome. Makes me wish there were 10 face button controllers
Love Hori controllers
I have one of these for my SNES Classic and its absolutely horrible. There is noticeable input lag and the buttons and dpad just dont feel right

@@supermegagrafx64 the new one is horrible. It doesn't compare to my SNES Classic 8bitdo controllers at all
8bitdo makes great stuff.
