I think anyone commiting a crime with a gun over the age of 13 should be charged as an adult. If your old enough to know your capable of using a gun to put people in fear of the lives, your old enough for prison.
I think it's highly irresponsible to think that a kid at that age is charged like an adult. We brought them into this world, we should be responsible for them. I think it's pretty easy as an adult to say that these kids should be charged like an adult when we don't even want to take accountability for their well-being. They are kids. Basically saying if they are 13 years old, they have a mature brain. Nope. I blame the adults for the misguided upbringing. They are little crappers to be sure, but they need our dam help.
