I was living in Perth when Peter Brock crashed. I'll never forget the terrible feeling of loss and utter disbelief when the news came across on radio, very sad day indeed!

That daytona coupe was on display along with more cars from the brock collection at dreamworld. Fully restored, its always slightly uneasy looking at a car thats had someone die while driving it. But knowing that it was someone so important to aussie culture really made it hit differently. He was planning on attacking the dakar rally in a custom million dollar holden adventura, it was never finished since he past away. But i saw it first hand at the old motorsport museum in Ipswich queensland. Anyways, seeing drive reviews like this is refreshing from car reviews, keep it up.

Being an even year, and depending on whether we are still in lock down or limited gatherings, All Ford Day should have their car cruise this year, if it's the same as previous years, it will prbably end in York, so if you want a relatively long good drive, maybe watch out for it.

Did you know the Daytona Coupe that Peter Brock died in was built by a famous ( in the car world ) american named Pete Brock. Im so glad i live 1.5 hour drive from Bathurst track i go there every few months its amazing to drive around. When you hit up NSW we'll have to review some cars there.

I went to the first brock memorial cruise. Went for a cruise up to his crash spot and everyone absolutely sent it. Was insane
