Thank you! Glad to hear you enjoy our projects! 3D printed parts would definitely open up more possibilities - will have to think of ways to incooporate it. If I remember correctly we used a 6 mm (1/4-inch) straight-flute bit when cutting the project.
We use the Onefinity Journeyman CNC router equipped with the "Onefinity Suckit Dust Boot Pro", but you could make a table saw as we built on any other CNC machine.
That's one of the nicer diy table saws I've seen. Lots of features, nice work!

Hi there, I think it would be helpful to add a wegde for the saw blade due to safety reasons.
