Hypersmooth works very well in low light, if you have the ISO Cranked up and have a very fast shutter speed. I use ISO 3200-6400 and have the shutter speed set to 1/192.

Why the high Iso? The noise is insane. I use 1/48 and 400 or 800 iso to minimize it as much as i can
I do the same, but sometimes it’s not enough..
Because they only one caring about the noise or even seeing it is the videographer/photographer. The audience doesn’t even notice it.
And the majority of people are watching content on phones, on which you barely if not at all see the noise.

@@tsukimara87 oh man i hate this, especially with my photo camera there is often too much noise or it becomes little blurry. but on the road on the cameras little LCD screen the picture looks perfect, on my phone it looks great, put on my tv or pc screen it looks fucking terrible, makes me actualy cry a little some times, and all my friends and family be like: ey! man great pictures! nice work!.
and i am like: are you kidding me, i can delete 250+ worth of captured memories...

@@FrancisIldefonso wrong, 50/60 fps creates much darker clips than 24/25/30 and would be too dark, also more than 1/100 creates darker recording, best overall option for low light with stabilization is 24/25/30fps and 1/100(120)
I tried to take a video with my Go Pro 11 Black at night time. While just walking and recording, the videos are rather shaky and has vibrations. It happens mainly during the night, sometimes during the day too. My Hypersmooth is on Boost and im taking the video in 4k 60Fps 2x slow mo. Anyone experienced the same issue ? Any fixes ? Is this a manufacturing defect on the camera ? Aren't go pro supposed to be stable even on rough and bumpy roads ? Please help. Thanks.
The footage is shaky because in low light the shutter speed goes down, which affects hypersmooth performance. If you shoot in low light a lot, then use a gimbal.
The video is using a gimble, without a gimble night footage is useless

I have tried this and they look absolutely terrible, my normal go pro settings are way better!
