Thanks for the videos, Jim. They're awesome. Quick question... for those of us who work out early morning, is it effective to take post Jym and pro Jym after the workout while eating breakfast? I'm curious how nutrient absorption would work in that case, as that would be a lot of protein (among other things) over a short time period. Thanks.
Great Great video and explanation! One question regarding sugar post workout : what about diabetic people, especially for those that do not have to inject insulin ? Thanks!
Hi Jim, just started subscribing to your videos!! They're great. Question about creatine and beta analine: I struggle with water intake so I find that creatine bloats me. Is this bloating decreased by taking the form of creatine you recommend or will it happen regardless if my water intake is not even close to a gallon? 2nd question: beta alanine gives me tingles that are too intense. Are there any good substitutes for beta? Thanks!
What hormonal ill-effects, if any, do these supplements have on weight-training females; but specifically l-carnitine l-tartrate? How do other forms of carnitine, such as ~ l-fumarate, compare in terms of boosting androgen receptor activity? (Any references to peer-reviewed analyses would be appreciated).
Sounds good to me when lifting weights its good to have more protein aminos and creatine, it gives you more energy and makes your muscles bigger! Yepp sounds good
You do not need to supplement with extra glutamine. There is plenty of it in your food and in protein supplements. I haven't seen a good study demonstrating a need for glutamine supplementation for performance-enhancement or muscle building/recovery.
I have pretty much everything in my workout was only missing betaïne and moved l-carnyte to post workout. Is betaïne a hidden gem this is the very first time I hear about it.
your amazing , keep going

Just bought your Post workout stuff! I get back at u later ;)
I've been hearing that BCAAs are useless to supplement and that taking EAAs is a superior strategy. Thoughts?
Would it be ok to take the pre workout supplement after a workout to get some of the ingredients you'd require twice.
will glut amine knock you out of ketosis as it raises insulin and blood sugar
I feel like you've made this video 5 different times

Do you take Pre & Post 30-45 minutes before and after workout?
Can we mix protein + Creatine + Beta Alanine + BCAA + Glutamine and make a post workout drink? Or they need to be taken separately?
Mix it all up together
quick question Dr. Stoppani I am taking adderal due to me having adhd. how does stimulant drug like Adderall react with pre, pro and post jym?
Try it, tell me how the trip is, have some ritalin in my cupboard. Life is short :))
