Exactly. I'm 28 and have a diamond face shape myself. But had to the research on my own. I have never had a barber mention it to me and try to build a haircut around the shape of my face.
My grandfather was a barber in a small town in North Carolina. This is the way he always cut hair, he never used guards. It was either clippers over comb, scissors over comb, or all scissors cut. He also shaved the neck with a straight razor and shaving cream. He would finish with Lucky Tiger and a nice barbers brush with talc. I always remember him using tissue paper around the neck and an apron too. Watching Dan takes me back to some very happy memories.
This guy has gorgeous hair. I love the cut, it shows off his eyes and face more, and its made him look fresh and younger. If he had kept it longer but had a good trim and thin out it would have looked great too as hes a nice looking guy. Great job, Dan 😊

Genuine question. I always see hairstylists using the dark comb on dark hair for scissor or clipper over comb. Why not use a light coloured comb so you can see the contrast?

I really love these medium length haircuts and using the clipper over comb technique. The hair just blends so perfectly. Big fan of the razor collapse/lift hair method. Really love this too. Amazing work Dan and always very professional!
Young guys lack vision; he should have gone much shorter with a little more fringe and it would have worked for sports and everything else. Hair grows so fast; it will be back to what he had today in 8 weeks

If you want straight hair, blow dry it or even flat iron it straight. It's not hard

Hairs that were initially back was the best look .Just don't use hair turner it degrades the hair quality .

This is different to the way hair is cut that I've seen. My hairdressers cut vertically where this is clearly horizontal.
