Please make all stainless not that pretty powder coat red. And heated hand grips and add some type of shield to wrap around to fight off -30 windchills.
So I used the ZX4 Snowrator in 2016 and 2017. Does fine in light snow, but heavy wet snow? Needs more weight to it. Even with it being 4wd, it struggled to move up steep roads, driveways, and sidewalks when icy. It's nice that its fully hydraulic drive and not hydraulic and chain like skidsteers are/were. Its definitely better than a quad in that regard. You'll burn up your CVT belts plowing commercial areas fast.
You guys need to sit down and redesign your boss drag pro please! Looks like you sat down and thought this one out it even has a Honda engine on it! Amazing!
The fact that they have designed the drop salt speeder to drop the salt right on top of the hydraulic cylinders is sure to cause problems and most side walks I deal with required to be snow blowen because of space quickly running out
We have a snowrator zx4 with the spinner Salter an I can tell you right now tht with this new drop system far less salt is going to get on components...the spinner does not work well an drops salt litteraly all over everything on the front of the machine
Nothing like long hours of standing on equipment out in the elements. I can’t see this being realistic even price wise for its purpose. ATV/UTV would serve that purpose far better. Even a garden tractor would be better and you could get a snowblower attachment for a garden tractor. Not to mention have uses for it in the off season.
I cant find a video on how well the blower leaves the job looking all I see is bragging about it. No real videos showing what the job looks like after done. 230000 dollars and not 1 showing . Not 1
We added 2 snowraters for our school district....we totally love them
Man, I'm so jacked after that commercial I'm getting one right away.....and I live in Miami Beach🤷♂️
I think people will go with ventrac over this boss unit due to the snowthrower/broom options. I think boss needs to catch up

Mike.Karen Aldrich I thought it was a Poly blade.
Everything on the machine is stainless except the plow frame lol

Question. Will that concentration liquid brine solution used destroy concrete?
Kinda looks like it should have tracks but still awesome
Idea rather buy an ATV with a nice V plow for the same price that I can use all year round. This 10k+ machine is only used for a few months
The fact that they have designed the drop salt speeder to drop the salt right on top of the hydraulic cylinders is sure to cause problems and most side walks I deal with required to be snow blowen because of space quickly running out
They have a plastic deflector to prevent the salt from landing on the cylinders.
Sounds like you should stick to snowblowers!

@@cporz3784 sounds like was a bad design flaw
How much?
D Simmons over 10k
A heavy snow on a sidewalk next to a 2 lane road ... that won’t touch it.

Bears great resemblance to zspray.
boss bought out zspray on this unit
@@beernpizza761 Actual Toro Owns Boss and Zspray. So this the zrator rebranded with boss now
umm, snowblower option? yeah..pass
I bet that will come...
LOL, looks like a solution in search of a problem. Plow's too small. And, for 12 grand, I can't even sit down in an enclosed heated cab? I'll pass.

Way overpriced
Vblade would be better
Well guess what? You can get it with the v blade!
