Stevie's therapy advice is spot on. You have to find a therapist that works for you. My experience was similar. My therapist talked more than I did and was obsessed with diagnosing my mother whom she had never met. She also told me she was surprised I wasnt a drug addict. She was NOT a fit for me. My next therapist did the opposite and helped me with my anxiety. It sucks but you definitely have to keep trying to find the right fit for you. 💖 hope anyone dealing with anxiety and depression get the help they need and have the energy to find the right person to help
