Bega's Battle Sync Gen Replacement - Flaws

I'm a perfectionist and so I tried to make the Bega's Battle sync generator replacement as perfect as possible. But despite all my efforts, there is a little horizontal jitter in the computer generated graphics as shown in this video. This is probably as good as it's going to get.
