    Great tip! I am surprised that there are people who say they can do faster setups. Perhaps there is that one guy in your shop (maybe), but you don't have a full staff of people that "can" set it up faster...and all operators needs to use it, so put it into action for everyone. The most common negative thing you hear is that 1 out of 5-10 colors were not dead on so they stopped using it. That might be, but more likely due to some other human error and not an issue with Tri-Loc. And out of the ones that are "not dead on", it's only a micro change to get it in versus setting it up manually taking far more time. One other tip I've gotten from an M&R tech is to "hold it tightly" in place, keeping it in place more so, while it gets locked down. This is to say, "pushed up against the stop blocks"...and not just put in place. The locking down step, can make it jump a hair out, therefore the hold while you lock helps improve reg.

    I have please help, a head no longer gives speed when painting, it is slow and does not regulate speed. Could you tell me what I can do?
