Thank you Eric, I am in preparation to switch from delivering SAP after 20 years to implement D365, so your series has been invaluable to understand a comparison of the key ERP systems, and why I am even thinking of doing this switch in career.
Very good video. Should be required viewing for senior IT management and business leaders who try to force projects into organizations that aren't ready or willing to make the necessary commitments and changes that come with ERP's. Another problem that could be mentioned is the failure to fully cost out commitments, both fiscal and organizational, going forward post go live.
I lead a project for a Finance Module and adopt Infor SunAccount who prepare a project plan on waterfall (RUP or UP) approach. However, the IT team insist reject this plan and go for their agile Sprints Delivery. I have big concern and don't know what to do next.

Thank you for the feedback, Don! I also agree that scoping out cost commitments is a common problem.
Spot on. That is experience talking. Great summary.
Fantastic video, very insightful and plenty to think about what we can do to make these implementations run more smoothly.
Thank you very much. Fantastic and very useful.
Thanks for sharing your insight, especially on the issues of Vendor first, blind spots, Broken software, and resource gap.
