I don’t know if NP is Worth spending all my life time for because i have tried youtube l associates and some others and still failed 4 attempt. I feel so frustrated don't know what to do anymore don’t even have time for my own kids any more 💔💔💔😔😔.
Frustration is a very positive sign. It means that the solution to your problem is within range, but what you're currently doing isn't working, and you need to change your approach in order to achieve your goal.
@Zara Jace If you keep having a victim and failure mindset...then that is what you will manifest. Reevaluate your studying techniques and restudy. You will pass! Keep a winner mindset!
Thank you! This is an inspiration. I am in your shoes. I will be starting the FNP program in 3 months. When I became an RN I had no healthcare experience. I was a hot mess in nursing school 😅. I’m hoping grad school will not be as bad.
I think this depends on the program/school you chose. I wouldn't say cutthroat exactly but some of the courses are intensive such as pharmacology and patho. There is a lot of memorization and critical thinking involved. I think my previous nursing experience helped me a lot with my NP classes though because I had more knowledge to fall back on vs undergrad when I knew absolutely nothing lol. I hope this helps!! 😊
I have a long ways to go but my goal is to become a NP. I am starting an accelerated BSN program and have been reading a lot about if a person is interested in NP the best thing to do to help prepare while working as a BSN is to work in ICU or Med Surge. Is it true?
Unfortunately due to privacy concerns, I won't be sharing the school I attend but you should check out my video about finding the right NP school! I hope it helps you in your journey! 😊
This is super helpful! I start my DNP-NP program in a few months and I have no idea what to expect. Thank you so much 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Glad it was helpful!! Congrats 🎉🎉

I once told myself I’m not going to continue knocking that old door that doesn’t open for me. I’m going to create my own door and walk through that.

It honestly depends on your situation but I talk about the pros and cons in this video here! Hope it helps! 😊ua-cam.com/video/-9xMIhEUYx4/v-deo.html
