Hi, you do not have to update the BIOS and CPU will work fine and you can update to latest BIOS Version 3.12.1, before upgrading the CPU. Wouldn't the power supply limit the gpu and cpu since it's only 240w?
Certain computers have higher psu’s he wouldnt of put that gpu if it wasn’t going to work
