How do you get the "T" retainers to stay? Mine just fall right out

Try using a center punch to make a dimple in the metal causing a sticking point so it has some friction

Thank You !! Had only one key that would work and none of the keys that were copied would work because the wear. I finally removed the two wafers that correspond to the tip of the key. Now I have four keys that work and cost me a total of $20 .
That exact lock assembly surprisingly takes a few minutes to remove on the newer Fords. Here is a Video of that procedure . ua-cam.com/video/YXMTtsb2Hks/v-deo.html
