- BPB 64 is a freeware virtual instrument by Bedroom Producers Blog. It uses multi-samples to recreate the sound of the Commodore 64 home computer.

BPB 64 includes 30 presets, covering bass sounds, pads, leads, and the inevitable fast-paced arpeggios that make the SID chip so legendary. All sounds were captured raw, directly from the SID chip, so you're getting the same infamous grit and lo-fi crunch that you'd get if you hooked up a C64 directly to your audio interface. - Наука та технологія
Awesome VST, great job, blew my mind with simplicity! Would be awesome if we could save our own presets!
Thank you for making this video. Very simple and inspiring for someone like me who is learning. I am trying out this cool instrument in Waveform and it's working great.
This is why I love ensoniq.... Legends.
Lovely stuff!
donated! great synth
Amazing!
Hermoso...muchos recuerdos de mi vieja Commodore 64c.
Que excelente ❤️❤️
Nice, although I prefer the real deal ;)
Do you know which SID chip that was used?
How do I install it for FL Studio 20? I unpacked the rar to the other VSTs but it doesn't show up in FL Studio no matter how many times I scan for plugins.
I'm in trouble using this VST on Studio One. By using 10 instances of BPB64 the Plugin don't remembering his given preset. On Stop the track, the plugin reset to NOISE BASS. I haven't an idea to solve this!
i love the sounds, but i'm having trouble with the install. is it a standalone or a kontakt thing?
Seconded. I haven’t been able to get mine to show up in GarageBand.
@@MatthewChristianMurray GarageBand and logic pro both for me
Okay, so it definitely isn’t just me.
Yep no joy either. GB and MS. No show. Mac OS 13, MacBook Pro.
I WANNA PLAY WITH THE SOUNDS PRETTY PLEASE
I tried this on a Mac, and it didn't work :(. MainStage OS13.0.1
Would be nice if you could modulate the plugin like in basic 65 by the la mancha or in the inSIDious!
Basic64 and 65 were great. They're still out there for free d/l if you don't mind 32bit SynthEdit. This one is also free, has built-in FX, is 64bit and it sounds excellent. 🤷♂️
Sounds like the score to Halloween III Season of the Witch.
Halloween 3 was done on the Prophet 10 and ARP Avatar. This sounds nothing like either one.
@@hassholl59 I would say there are similarities in a couple of the sounds but you're right about the hardware that was used for that soundtrack.
You may want to fix the video title... :)
