I appreciate your videos man! I used to work at a screen printing company and this is literally what we do. Yours is just at a smaller scale! You know what you are talking about man and I enjoyed the video!!!!
I love how real and honest you are. There is so much misinformation on UA-cam. I can tell some of the others are not giving good information when their comments are turned off and there is a bunch of thumbs down. I love how you are honest and don’t pretend to be perfect. You aren’t trying to sell us anything. Just educating us so we can learn from your mistakes instead of us investing money on products that don’t work. I pray you continue to have success.
Thank you Autumn..Thats what its all about with me... Helping other.

Thanks for watching mzd rx8
Great video. I do think the shirts looked WAYYY better with that white under base. Trial and error and growing in your craft and business. Wish you much success in 2020.
Thanks for comment.... I think is did to but this press is trash and not accurate.
Heart and Hustle Printing thanks for the honesty man. I’ve been looking at these shocker presses and cant find any good reviews or reviews at all on them. The package deal prices look so enticing however too go to be true. It look like your still getting the job done so I commend you on your persistence and hustle but I know as a creative, its frustrating
how do you line the screens up on the press equipment exactly? it seems like there would be a lot of room for error if you're doing a multicolor. I made my own screens btw
The two totes, lol lost it. Great video though! Congrats on all the success. That’s cool you’re supporting military cliental!
Haha if it works go with it... Thanks for watching... Yep Im still in the Army so I will always support..
Damn thats a lot of work right there. I used to do it that way. One plate 4 screens . Flash and flash took me forever.
ALL BOUT THE HUSTLE.. Building from the ground up..
Thanks a lot 🙏
Much support from 🇿🇦 ZAR- Durban Rich Future by DSK Clothing ❤
Great information...I want to do the screen printing but doesn't have any idea about the exposure time and registration...Please if you could help me out with this...
Greeting from Florida... quick question about your washout booth, where is the water flowing to? do you a tub at the bottom collecting the water?
Wow!! 11k subscribers smh lol man I am proud of bro. Great video and editing u killing it. See shut down the whole garage 😂. Hustling at it's finest 💪🏾
Been crazy bro... Got big plans in 2020. 😱
@@HeartHustlePrinting Can't wait to see what's cooking!
I also print shirts and would love to help if you have any questions. I'm still at home but it's slowly working out! I run a diamondback 6/8 in my garage. Awesome video! I'm trying to make more videos like you guys!
Ok thanks. I have alot of fellow UA-camr who I can turn to when I have a question. But ill keep you in mind.
I jus bought the 5 in 1 heat press what isnsome good vynl to buy for it to use and print out
good video thanks for the info
No problem THANKS for watching!!!!
That 6820 printer is the truth. My favorite printer for creating films
Yeah it is nice.
Great job man, if I were a customer I would truly appreciate the personal touch you give. Like the poster of the original artwork and the print on the test fabric. Really nice touch and I'm sure you will have repeat business as a result. All the best in your endeavors. I'm just learning as well and I appreciate your dedication. I'm more into printing on paper as in the kind of artwork Warhol did back. in. the day. But at some point I want to be able to design my own shirts. Did you take a class in order to use the Corel Draw software OR did you just learn on your own? Thanks
Thanks Phil. I love doing what I do... As for classes, nope all self taught..
nice video hhp prints came out very nice
Thanks superteeprints..
Were the inks that you used in this video water based?
Hi my dear friend I really like what you do and please I would like to teach me how to setup the image in the computer
What transparency film do you use please
Everything but a ''spray out". It's a good investment. Every screen printing should know about.
I wonder if he knows about "blackout" for pin hole's in the emulation. Just some helpful tips. Keep up the good work.
Blockout*
I do but thanks for tip..
Whats up bro.. u give a lot of info about every little detail and thats a good thing. I pretty much have your exact setup, everything but the conveyor dryer. Is it a hassle curing hoodies and shirts with the heat press. Im on the fences and really dont want to buy a conveyor. Spent to much already. Thanks
Just trying to help others. To me its not. But to others it might be..
How do you cure your shirts? Is it with the flash dryer? If so.. do your prints wash out? Just curious... but thank you for sharing your journey! I promise you I been making sooooo many excuses as to way I can’t do jobs! But you are doing awesome work with out Micro registrations keep doing the awesome job and share your videos! I’m inspired now!!!
Awesome...Thanks for being a subscriber.... When it come to curing the inks I use my heat press. My flash dryer does a good job but by using the heat press with some parchment paper. It flattens out the image and makes it feel really soft. Hope this helps. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEARS........
KEEP PRESSIN!!!!!
Liked your washbooth very Macgyver like might have to borrow your idea
Thanks.....Take it brother its all yours....
Cool video
Thanks Levite..
Thank you so much for your videos. I am about to start too .I would like to ask you how many screens you can coat with one kilo of emulsion?
Thanks for watching Ilias... You can do alot. All you need is a thin coat
Greetings from Germany 🙋🏻♂️
Thanks for watching!! 👍🏼
Got a new sub here just getting into screen printing
Nice make sure you click bell so you will be notified when a new video comes out.
@@HeartHustlePrinting got it subbed liked commented and turned on the bell I need all the help I can before I start on printing
Turn your board the opposite side, easier to load t-shirts and keep them straight. (flat side towards you, neck side toward the press)
Thanks for tip...
How long and at what temperature are you flashing with for plastisol ink? I have that same flash dryer and can’t seem to get it right. Keeps washing off. Also, do you use additives for you plastisol?
I do 285 just to dry to touch. You will need to use a convayer dryer or a heatpress to cure inks so they wont wash off. I use a heatpress after printing all shirts. Cover image with parchment paper and press at 285 for 30 seconds. That will do the job and give it a really soft touch. Hope this helps.
KEEP PRESSIN!!!!
Awesome video,.. how long does it take to set up before you can start screen printing?
It all depends on your setup. These day i can setup and print within 30 minutes
I have the same printer. What’s the song you use?
What’s the difference of screen printing direct to garment and the screens prent transfer that u use and put to the clothing and heat press?
They all heve there different perks.. Screen printing will last the longest..
I have the same flash dryer but when I turned mine on it was creating a bit of smoke. Did you have the same issue at first?
No I didn't. But it could have just been some of the material underneath tuching the elements.
Thx Bro
Thank you for watching.
Great vid man! What press are you using for this? Looking to start doing some shirts for myself.
Thanks for watching Searider. In using the press from nevertheless.com. It not the best just want to let you know that.
Thanks man! Yes I know it’s not the best but I’m just getting started and figured it would be god to learn on before getting something better. Thanks again!
Nice video bro loved it but I have a question I'm interested and that washout booth how to make it and can you make a video on it because I'm having a problem on washing my screen please and thank you man keep
I can make a video on how I made it. But wont actuall make another one bc I dont have the room for another.
@@HeartHustlePrinting or can u show more on your wash boot
@@HeartHustlePrinting can you show more detail on that washer because I want to build my own I just want to see how you build it can you just show a little bit more of your washer not to make another one your washer
Ok sounds good...
@@HeartHustlePrinting thank you man I really appreciate it and I learned a lot about your videos they're very interesting and they teach you a lot
Are you using water based or plastisol ink? You make it look easy! Thanks for teaching.
Plastisol ink... Thanks for watching.
@@HeartHustlePrinting So will the flash drier alone cure plastisol? I am new to this also and have been sticking to waterbase because I was under impression you have to have a conveyer drier for a good cure. How long does it take to cure plastisol with flash drier and what temp? Also, is your flash drier coil or infrared? I was making xmas presents for family and wasted more shirts than completed! Lol
How to get rid of the registratioon mark?

Just came across your video. I see your heat flash. How do you cure your shirts? Is it with the heat flash? Sorry, newbie here :)
No I use my heat press for now to cure the ink.
