    Hope you respond... Does yoga causes pain in some parts I was having wrists pain and hip (never had hip ache before) also pain in the thoracic spine I'm doing Surya and Chandra namaskars

      Hi Anchala, it is basically something that comes to your mind when you think of bringing together the 4 aspects we talked about - your physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual self. It could be an image, symbol, color.
