The beggining of the video is great. It starts with CX, EX, buzzwords etc. However, everything else is about Hows and Whats and almost nothing about Whys/Pull. Culture, Space and Technology are too abstract as concepts i.e. enablers (Air would be an even deeper concept). As a former naval officer ie being very much aware of an ever changing and challenging environment, many types of technologies - their use and impact, people (skills, needs) and psychology (stresses), rules and regulations, and much more, it was the shared purpose, transparency, mutual respect, trust and support that made overall experience - the whole being greater than the sum of its parts, well, spiritual. By the way, I wanted all crew members to reach the level of mastery, ASAP. The challenges were such that curiosity, ready to mentor, and multiskilling was normal. We all had "skin in the game" (ownership) and it was important that we all learned how to "read the game" (co-production).
Thank you so much for easy and great explanation 🎉
You're very welcome!
