Personal experience teaches us things very practically
Exactly same problems and i also had that bunch of medicine under my pillow. The fear of having food totally dominates my mind . The video helped me but i dont know how to follow all this because everything seems good on papers or morally it is very hard to control over my mind 😢😢😢 practically it seems impossible to me and the fear of having ibs all over my life time is the greatest fear of mine . Ibs spoiled my whole teen age and now its coming Between my studies and dreams 😢😢😢 i pray to god nobody get the ibs 😢😢😢😢
Follow my advice and you will beat ibs for sure

Scalp mai sebborheic dermatitis hota hai jb bhi weightloss hota hai aur hair growth stop hota hai beard growth bhi ruk jata hai recently Maine colonoscopy Kiya woh test bhi thek nikla muje koi pain nhi hota kbhi kbi cramps hota hai bs lkin weightloss hota hai aur Dr ne bola ibs hai ibs ki dawai leta hun lkin kch nhi hota weightloss, fatigue, loss of appetite (occasionally) hota hai kya muje small intestine bacterial overgrowth toh nhi hai ? Aisa lgta hai jaise khana absorb he nhi hota khana khane k baad bhi weakness rehti hai samjh nhi ata kya karu

एक दम दिल की बात कर रहे हो। मै 2010 से एग्जाम देने नही जा पाया। सरकारी नोकरी एक सपना बन कर रह गया है। एग्जाम दूसरे डिस्ट्रिक्ट में आते है एक घंटा पहले parvesh करना पड़ता है 3 घंटो का एग्जाम। बहुत परेशान हो गया हु। माइंडली इश्यू एंजिटी सब जेनरेट हो गए है। ये fear ही नहिं निकलता।

Mujhe fisher tha theek ho gaya lekin andar ki taraf Jalan Ho Rahi Hai Uska Kya Karan ho sakta hai.

Bhai SIBO C or IBS C par video bnao na maine sab kuch karke dekh liya exercise, meditation,diet par theek nhi huaa please make a video on SIBO C
Sibo can be one cause of ibs. If there is bacterial overgrowth in small intestine, we can stop that with medication

@@ravish485 agar sure hain ki Ibs hain to ...exercise , drink a lot of water , eat fruit daily ( especially mango ) , pranayama 2 times in a day ( morning and evening ) Anulom vilom , bhramari and pabanmuktasana and balasana( in morning ) ..
If you use Indian style toilet stoo using it for few days and try western style toilet for 1 month..I hope your situation will Improve
