I have a buddy who has a really distinct drawing style (compared to other artists I personally know), something that I assume he developed from all the random drawings he did in our elementary/high school days when we were still kids. I agree with the concert thing so much. Like i get that you wanna relive the moment when u open up the video but like how r u gonna RELIVE the moment if youre not LIVING IT NOW. Recording the whole concert is crazy, record a few moments then enjoy the concert jesus christ

The aspect they are discussing at 29:33, 'line weight variation' or lack there of is one of those subtle, but very distinctive features of different people's art styles. It is a small detail that always makes a big impact.
Maybe you guys can do a anti-art style that’ll be interesting to see, anti-art style is basically the opposite of your art style, like if someone does detail eyes and anti would be no detail at all eyes .

I've watched almost every video of Spilled Ink and one thing that I absolutely adore is that Emily draws faster than Daidus but never rushes him, even though time's already out. She just quietly waits for him to finish. That small but really sweet detail makes me smile every time🤧💕

I relate to Daidus not wanting to make FOMO type content. I used to watch MTV and social media and it was all "WOO!!! Spring break in Tijuana, bet you wish you were here!!!" and part of me wanted to experience it. The other part realized how tiring it is to live that kind of fast-paced life. You can't really win, and people who make entire careers out of it seem tired. I do appreciate some of the travel videos with optional subtitles like "Sleeper Trains in Japan" or "Eating Ramen at a Singapore 7-11" I can relate to those videos because they are actually doing stuff I could see myself doing in those countries.
The version that he did of himself is how I feel that dipper pines would draw himself with Wendy’s hat on (not me forgetting D- de- de bleh bleh bleh’s name 😂)

Into the spiderverses music was also just peak and so hype for its time and the animation was revolutionary. I feel bad for people who can’t experience it back in 2018!! like Emily said it’s literally a goated standalone movie😭
