Just picked up a used 2015 6-6 Coupe. I think I'm in love. 😍 I was driving a 2006 2.4L manual coupe for some years. I loved that car and miss some of the quality Honda did away with. .. however the 2015 really is amazing. They cheaped out in a few areas.. the audio system isn't nearly as good as the 2006, the overall materials such as the center console is cheaper, and HVAC has some strange whistles. It's obvious they are trying to save money in certain areas. Please honda, give us the manual coupe accord back.

08 is 8th gen 13 is 9th gen. Both in the coupe form are sexy af though. Kinda like the 8th gens exterior better and the 9th gens interior. But still upset it doesnt have a digital speedometer. Makes it feel so old.

The real reason your starting to see so many for sale is I’ll bet your last bottom dollar is because of timing belt issues many owners don’t want to deal with and that stupid VCM which some 2 and third party owners don’t know what to do about and by that time the oil burns clicking timing belt tensioners problems abound

I went rv6 pcd, j pipe and borla and one ultra quiet resonator . trust me, you want that mid pipe, I could not go above 2.5k rpm without rasp it was annoying. After the mid pipe it opens up after 3k but before that it's super mellow.
I got the Borla axle back magna flow mid cat. And resonator delete. It sounds incredibly good. Everyone loved it. Before I deleted the resonator u could barely hear it.

I did my 2013 v 6 I paid 275. It pulls hard and sounds good. I ran up on a challenger and gave him a hell of a run. People can't believe a Honda puts out that kind of sound.

Is it automatic or manual? If it's automatic it need a transmission tune, if manual bro U need to wait the clutch to engage before pressing the gas pedal, it'll avoid excessive clutch wear
@@tompetrilli4598 If you get a tuner, like a Ktuner for example, you can change the rev limiters easily. To protect the engine, there are 2 rev limiters on most hondas, one is your real redline, and one is only active when the vehicle isn't moving (apparently it's lower because it's bad to rev the engine with no load). There are 2 numbers you can change, one is the cut rpm, where fuel or ignition is cut, and the other is the recover rpm, the lower rpm when the engine returns to normal operation. By default i think honda sets the stopped cut at 5000, and the recover 200 rpm lower than the cut, but bringing the recover closer will result in a faster recovery (because it doesn't have to wait as long) and a more rapid rev sound. So basically bringing the recovery to 4950 would result in a faster recovery, or even shifting both the cut and rpm higher just because the engine likes to rev more at higher rpm. Hope this helps!

The stock j35 pumps out about 271 or 281 which is qbout 20 hp more than the cobra mustang in 92 so its astrong platform

As far as the exhaust set up at the time, no but with the intake & ktuner , it opened up a little more…& the intake I have is the takada intake
