Thank you both for another excellent video. Really enjoyed all your videos on your tour up and down the country and seeing the lovely places you’ve visited. Kirby Hall must have been wonderful in its day. You were very lucky to have a peaceful tour round, very interesting history, thank you Jenny. Take care both of you 🇮🇲🇮🇲 xx
Thanks for that. Really enjoyed this tour. Never been on the east coast and we are thinking of going some time, especially after watching these latest vlogs. 😁👍
Another great review, thank Jenny for the history very informative, it looks like a beautiful place. Take care both of you x 👍🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴👍🏴🏴🏴🏴👍
I wonder what "AGB 1887" must have used to carve their initials so deeply into the stonework of the building and how long it would have taken? I sometimes think if I won the Euro lottery I might help to get the roof back on and restore it

Mansfield Park.. is said to be inspired by Lord justice Mansfield ( william Murray 1st Earl of Mansfield) Jane Austen actually met Lord Mansfield Grand Niece Lady Elizabeth Murray several times, she lived in her husband George Finch Hatton 2 estate, you guessed it Eastwell Park and Kirby Hall before it fell into ruins, George actually refurbished and refurnished it into snuff before giving it to his son the future Earl of Winchilsea. Lady Elizabeth Murray's father was David Murray the future 2nd Earl of Manfield. she previously live at Kenwood with 1st Lord Mansfield with the famous Black aristocrat Dido Belle

Impressive way of growing apples n pears. Lovely ruins
Thanks for sharing live about 8 miles away and in nearly 56 years I’ve never visited there.
Always the same, we never do the tourist thing - until we leave.
That's an amazing building
It would have been extremely impressive once.
Thank you
Loved the nutter sneaking thru the inside as you turned off main rd at the start
Couldn't wait to get past!
eek!
Looks interesting Bob 👍👌
It is!
@@BobEarnshawMoHo I enjoyed it 👍
Looks like a lovely place to visit. Was the statue Hercules and the lion🦁 ?
Thanks, must have been.

I suppose if it was restored it would end up as a posh spa hotel or something and we'd never see the inside of it!
Keep it up bob , are you going to do a Euro trip next year ?
I would love to, haven't been to Europe since 2018.
Bob Earnshaw yes , when Covid 19 eventually goes , you should go there, keep up the good work mate
😊👍
Do you have to pay to see the site?
Yes if you are not a member of English Heritage
A very enjoyable tour. I think English Heritage are best if you have a dog plus I don't agree with the National Trusts new policies.

Musicians gallery's are nearly always haunted.
