One of the greatest sports stories of all time. Laila is so powerfully strong. She is so well spoken and has such a powerful voice. What she did for the Blues and they did for her is worthy of all recognition. I would love for her to call Blues games on TV or radio someday. She definitely has the passion, knowledge and voice for it.
Watching this 3 yrs later still brings tears to my eyes. As a die hard Blues fan I can’t thank her enough for what she’s done for the team and other children in a similar situation. The inspiration is what we needed that year. She deserves the same amount of gratitude for the blues winning the cup than the players themselves. I know they would feel the same. Thank you Laila!! 😃
