You are a craftsman sir! I enjoy your videos. Thank you! My stock seat on my 1976 XS650C I never liked and I had it replaced at the dealer when I bought the bike 45 yrs. ago. When I moved out of my parents house I left the original seat in their garage. When they moved many years later, they had a garage sale and they sold my seat. It was innocent and I just saved it to have the original one on hand. The seat I have had on my bike is very comfortable. I’ve kept it up over the years with a product called,”mink oil” Still in great shape.
Mr Miyagi Hi! Just started watching your channel. I have a question, not related to seat upholstery but definitely a legitimate question. Why does the exhaust valve tappet inspection cover on the left hand cylinder have 4 retaining bolts and the other 3 inspection covers only have 3?
Hello ! I'm weak... a just buy a new refurbish one after searching for a month a good enough used one ! ^^ How will you attached the seat cover without the little 'hook' on the seat pan ?

Because in the early days there was a compression release on that four bolt setup.
@@outlaw86custom Well I'll be....I would have never guessed that. Thank you very much, good show.

You'll have to wait and see the next video on the seat replacement.
How do you get the bikes on that work table?
I have an overhead lift to help putting bikes on my work table.
Thanks for watching.
