A really good video, thanks for sharing your thoughts on layering. This is why I love fall so much- layers are where it's at! I love how you use such bold colours in the outerwear pieces. I stick to neutrals with mine so they can go with pretty much anything, but I'm generally pretty shy when it comes to colour :).
Texture is great- I love wearing tweeds, cords, and other materials through the colder months. Of course, I love my linens in summer, too! :)
Fall colours I do love- the burgundies, olive greens, and browns are great.

Hi S! So glad to hear you enjoyed this video. I am sort of new to the four seasons, reconnecting with the changes and I'm starting to understand why people enjoy fall so much. It's all about the layering isn't it?
I love boots and coats. Tweed and corduroy, velvet is really big this season as well, they wrap you up nicely and put you right in the holiday season.
I am inspired by women wearing bold colors especially in the cold. Sometimes I feel the rush to escape the black and browns as well.
Thank you for stopping by. Talk soon!

@@Chicquette Layering is the best part of fall. In winter you're under such big coats that the layers don't show much, but fall/spring let you really enjoy the layering!
I haven't done velvet, but love my tweed and corduroy! And you keep going with the colour! I do some as well, but much more muted than you. Although my burgundy cords I'm wearing today are certainly colourful! :)

Here for the video on layering for different body types.
I don't care what season, I just want to match my friends better.

Hi @@Overlord_Marishka thank you for stopping by. Can you please elaborate on what do you mean by " match friends better"?

    • @Overlord_Marishka

@Chicquette Honestly, I am half a foot shorter than a lot of my friends. When we buy the same clothes, I usually end up looking like the wish version of my friends.
Even more confusing to work around, different body shapes and walking paces changing the way the fabric stretches on us during tiktoks.
It would really help if we could casually layer up and be fashionable. But, it's really not popular everywhere even though we are Canadian.
