Scott, I was 41. I'm 43 now and could do it again if need be. Now we all respond differently but if your doctor thinks you can handle it, go for it. It wasn't nearly as tough as I originally thought. Heck I could even run today if I so wished. Well worth it my man.
I had really bad tears in my medical meniscus. True locking, we're talking days with it locked sometimes. John how old were you when it was done? Im 45 and considering but Im afraid it might be to late do to some swelling I get routinely now.
