      They didn't remove the thick stem.from.each flower that's y it was bitter

    We call this banana flower as Naga in kuki language..means fruit/flower

    It would have been more tastey if you wud have taken off the seed inside those tender baby banana.

    Why don't you just grind the whole thing and then boil?

      It's the Naga style of cooking and if we grind the whole thing and cook the taste will differ.

      Most of the Naga recipes don’t necessarily need oil
      We mostly prefer boil foods
