I find that a lot people misremeber the reason why Luther and Nora do a 180 on their Christmas plans. Many seem to think they did so because they caved in to the pressure by their friends and neighbors. This is not at all the case! They did so because they love their daughter and didn't want to spoil her surprise homecoming. Had Blair never called, Luther and Nora would've been basking in the sun on their cruise ship while giving their hometown the proverbial middle finger! LOL!
This is one of the best Christmas movies. Cracks me up literally every time especially when he got Botox & his face was frozen trying to eat the fruit cup🤣🤣
Which is why I think he'd like 'Gremlins' - that bit where the girl is talking about how people are treated when they say they don't celebrate Christmas
This movie is actually based off of a book, and in it, Luther is moved by his neighbors' generosity all on his own. His wife didn't need to bully him into it.
I work for Hallmark and I love Christmas but by the time it gets here I'm so ready for it to end. I'd love to escape to a cruise. Funny work story: I love helping people find the perfect cards but one Christmas I had a Lady who asked me to help her find a card for her husband that she wanted to serve divorce papers in. I think I laughed for 10 minutes after she left. With the most sarcastic card she could find. Will never forget that day.
I've loved Luther's idea from the moment I first saw this movie, still plan to do it one of these years. Anyone who's worked in retail over Christmas...you feel me...you lose all taste for the holly jolly B***s**t when you've seen the worst humanity has to offer.
I relate to your thinking and your sense of humor so much, it’s crazy. Your laugh makes watching these videos a seriously great time. Your insightful commentary and balanced perception of yourself, others, and the world in general is very much needed nowadays. From Cali with love!
My Christmas is horrible, been crying almost everyday. I’ve lost so much this year, 18 family members in one year. My dad moved to across the country this year, we’re really close. My father in law was just diagnosed with dementia. My grandfather was just diagnosed with dementia, colon cancer, and testicular cancer. I am looking forward to see my grams and FaceTiming my dad on Christmas. But it’s been a tough year, so Christmas is pretty rough without everyone.
I definitely agree with you on Tim Allen he's great on Last Man Standing Home Improvement he was really good and he's good as Santa Claus I enjoy his TV shows and his movies🤟🤟🤟👏👏👏
Based on John Grisham's "Skipping Christmas". Best known for his legal thriller novels, this one is an unexpectedly funny story with a warm fuzzy ending.
Next to Christmas vacation this is my fav. So funny and they make such a good duo, like a real married couple. And as if you've only seen this twice, I've seen it more times than I'd like to admit 😂
I could agree more with you Billy especially because I’ve watched Christmas with the Kranks and I loved the frozen face scene and I could not stop laughing.
Did you catch the part where Santa said, "Santa _always_ works on Christmas Eve" and Luther replies, "Yes, I guess he does". That was CLEARLY a reference to The Santa Clause.
This is a fun movie, often over looked. But I still never understood why they didnt go ahead decorate the outside so there wasnt an eye sore in the annual neighborhood Christmas event. Or give your key to someone you trust to do it for you while youre gone
Because the neighbors in this movie are fascists, and the Kranks are just crotchety people that are too stubborn. But the ending was the worst part for me because even tho the Kranks tried to do their own thing, they wanted to save face with their daughter and cave into their nosy neighbor's demands. Like who really cares about "eyesores"? They should just let people do their own thing.
Hey Billy if you like "Christmas with the Kranks", you should do "Four Christmases" (2008) with Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn! It would be great! #Bingers
Christmas is a freaking part time job where instead of making money, you spend it! LOL! Top 10 Christmas movies for me... 1. A Christmas Story 2. Christmas Vacation 3. Elf 4. White Christmas 5. The Polar Express 6. A Christmas Carol (George C. Scott) 7. Jingle All The Way 8. The Santa Clause 9. Miracle On 34th Street 10. Home Alone Oh and Christmas decorations go up in my house the weekend after Thanksgiving and come down the weekend after New Years.
When I first watched this movie, it only left me feeling angry at the characters and feeling bad for the couple since there's nothing wrong with not wanting to celebrate Christmas. I'm not even a fan of celebrating Christmas.
Tim Allen IS a legend. Great video! By the way, I just watched your video commentary about The Princess Bride, and I saw that the comments were turned off. Was that you or UA-cam who did that? I would have liked to have left a comment about your reaction.
As someone who never grew up in a typical neighborhood, I used to think a neighborhood was like this and you had to put up with this type of community if you wanted to live in one to which I said no thank you.
I look forward to getting off work Saturday nights and watching your videos 😁 but one of these days you gotta do a commentary on A Walk To Remember #Bingers
I don’t because the hypocritical neighbors get onto the Kranks about celebrating Christmas but we are supposed to believe it’s okay that the old man and his wife get to go on the cruise and it’s okay? No.
Telling other people's business, thats white people. My family bad at that sh!t, telling th world my health issues. Im like dude shutup, aint none they business.
"Watching *Christmas with the Kranks* had me ready to throw hands with my neighbors! 😂🎄 The holiday spirit can really bring out the feisty side in all of us! Who else felt that neighborly rivalry while watching? 🤣"
#Bingers My favorite Christmas movie (and my favorite of all time) is It's a Wonderful Life. I hope you do a video of it someday, maybe for Christmas this year, if you can.
Billy just alittle fun fact not only was he the umbrella Santa he was the unkown dude from the party and who was also talking to Nora at the store also bully I agree with u why are they telling them their business the man just wanted to go on a cruise but hey he did the right thing at the end he gave it up to the old couple also in the movie his wife has cancer and it was a big moment for them to see that Luther gave them the cruise
I like this, but I agree; everyone guilt-tripping them infuriates me every time

Rightttt
This is one of the best Christmas movies. Cracks me up literally every time especially when he got Botox & his face was frozen trying to eat the fruit cup🤣🤣
What we didn’t see was after this, The Kranks decided to move to a different neighborhood.
Just wanted to go on a cruise and then the neighbors are jumping them
Which is why I think he'd like 'Gremlins' - that bit where the girl is talking about how people are treated when they say they don't celebrate Christmas
This movie is so frustrating. These neighbors are so annoying like.. it's not their bussiness where they want to spend Christmas.
I most definitely agree !
This movie is actually based off of a book, and in it, Luther is moved by his neighbors' generosity all on his own. His wife didn't need to bully him into it.
I agree with you bout Tim Allen. Last Man Standing is a good show and he seems more down to earth than most actors.
I work for Hallmark and I love Christmas but by the time it gets here I'm so ready for it to end. I'd love to escape to a cruise.

When I tell you my mom and I were laughing so hard we could barely breathe in the theater, I’m not joking. This movie is so underrated

yessssssssssssssss

I'm so sorry things have been so hard and that you've lost so much. Sending prayers for you ❤🙏
That is so horrible what you've had to endure this whole year!! 😢
I hope it gets easier for you in 2022 dear
I love Tim Allen also. Each Christmas I have to watch this movie and all three Santa Clauses. Also love his Last Man Standing so sad it is ending.
I definitely agree with you on Tim Allen he's great on Last Man Standing Home Improvement he was really good and he's good as Santa Claus I enjoy his TV shows and his movies🤟🤟🤟👏👏👏
Based on John Grisham's "Skipping Christmas".

It’s not Christmas until we have watched National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation in our house. #Bingers
Your reaction to this movie is WAY funnier than the Nostalgia Critic's review.
anything is.
OMG this movie always infuriated me and made me VOW never to move into an HOA because neighbors like this would make me throw hands constantly
This is my movie! I love watching it even though a lot of people claim it's not realistic
They are just haters!
That cracks me up that people think this movie is unrealistic even though there are some people who treat Christmas like it's a cult XD
@@BillyBinges Plz react to national lampoons Christmas vacation & the TV show Friends!!
I love this movie, such an underrated gem
Next to Christmas vacation this is my fav. So funny and they make such a good duo, like a real married couple. And as if you've only seen this twice, I've seen it more times than I'd like to admit 😂

i felt him on the door comment, like if you come in to disrupt me don't expect me to get up and close the door for you on you way out
Did you catch the part where Santa said, "Santa _always_ works on Christmas Eve" and Luther replies, "Yes, I guess he does". That was CLEARLY a reference to The Santa Clause.
Y'all, I have not seen Billy laugh so hard! 😂😂😂
This movie was mad funny but also maddening! Everything Billy said my son and I was right there with you... MIND YO BUSINESS!!!
Fun facts about this movie, they filmed it and I believe during the summer, And the kid that played Spike was Dewey from Malcolm in the middle.
I believe he’s motion captured in Polar Express as Billy, not our Billy tho lol
I love Christmas with the Kranks it's one of my favourite Christmas movies 😊
Randomly remember seeing this in theatres in like middle school? 😂 funnier than I remembered, especially as a adult.

Part of the plan was to *save* money.
To "save money"
The fact that you even called it an "eyesore", means you're part of the problem.
Hey Billy if you like "Christmas with the Kranks", you should do "Four Christmases" (2008) with Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn! It would be great! #Bingers
Yes!! Such a funny movie
This is one of my favorite Christmas movies!!
I am doing just fine and thank you, Billy

One of my favorite Christmas movies!! I love Tim Allen also!
This movie is an introverts worse nightmare. This is why I don’t talk about my business with people.
Tim Allen IS a legend. Great video!

Great movie and great reaction
How do you feel about taking a look at an old black and white mystery/comedy series of movies from the 30's and 40's?
Legit my all time favorite!!! This movie is hilarious for no fucking reason!!!!
he doesn't show it but someone has realized that when the firefighters arrive and pull out the ladder one of the firefighters gets hit in the chin
I’m from Mexico and this movie really got me to think if people in the States were this nosy, specially neighbors 😅
the grinch, elf and cringey hallmark movies in general 😂
I love this movie
#bingers can you react to The Goonies if you haven’t seen it?
We put up our tree the week before and don't take it down til around... um.. MARCH!😆🎄 #bingers u should watch Jungle 2 jungle!😱
GO BILLS!!!
My tree is up year round in memory of my best friend who passed away.
This is one of my favorite Christmas movies #bingers if you have the chance you should do a video of the Santa Claus movies
There’s 14 days till Christmas and we still haven’t put up our Christmas decorations
I guess Jamie Lee Curtis switched holidays😂
"Christmas Vacation", "Home Alone 2", "It's A Wonderful Life" #Bingers
Ok but isn't it better that at the end the old man and the younger man just make up. I like the message it snefs
I don’t because the hypocritical neighbors get onto the Kranks about celebrating Christmas but we are supposed to believe it’s okay that the old man and his wife get to go on the cruise and it’s okay? No.
This movie is hilarious 😂
Please do a commentary to Stuart little one and two. The second one is my favorite. Snowbell is super funny.
I remember watching this in 2nd grade
As far as how my December is going , I have a catheder in me 24/7 so......🤣, At least I only have to wait 1 month to have it removed lol
Oof
Before thanksgiving
CHRISTMAS VACATION
I hope you've seen the Pitch Meeting for this movie haha.

#Bingers My favorite Christmas movie (and my favorite of all time) is It's a Wonderful Life. I hope you do a video of it someday, maybe for Christmas this year, if you can.
Crossroads I know that man that plays Vick in this movie. He is in the movie with Brittany Spares. Crossroads.
Dan Aykroyd (he was also in Ghostbusters)
you should do home alone
1) Polar Express
2) Oliver The Other Reindeer
3) Billy and Mandy Christmas Special
I'll be home for Christmas is a good one and will probably make you mad because of the main person
This entire movie is the epitome of white people/suburbia problems 😂😂😂 I can’t imagine being pressed about somebody elses holiday plans
Hilarious 😂😂😂 but so true.

Also do four Christmases or all 3 of the Santa clause movies
They never mentioned the wife had cancer. Unless it's a deleted scene? Because as far as I remember, this was never mentioned.
I haven’t seen this movie in years
Do Last Christmas next
